All of our classes are ballet or ballet-inspired follow-along workouts that are appropriate for all experience levels.
Cardio Ballet and Ballet Burn & Groove are our faster-paced classes that will get your heart rate up through ballet warm up exercises and dances across the floor.
Ballet Breathe & Flow and Ballet Stretch & Refresh are our slower classes that are good for someone looking to spend more time breaking down movements or looking for a more restorative experience.
Appropriate attire is exercise clothes and regular socks, sticky socks, or ballet slippers. Need slippers? Arrive a few minutes early to borrow a pair from us!
