I had a “go city” pass and wanted to do the Central Park guided tour. Right now (November ) they only offer it at 10am and they won’t allow you to reserve it ahead of time. They allow 12 riders in this tour and recommend you arrive at 9am to grab your spot for the 10am tour. We missed the tour so we just rented the bikes for the day and went around Central Park on our own. It was still a lot of fun. The customer service at the shop is ok, not the greatest or friendliest. But it was an adequate experience. My husband’s bike was squeaking the entire time. Too bad they don’t make sure the bikes are in good condition BEFORE you rent them. They ask AFTER you ride if there are any problems but in my opinion that is too late. Great weather today!

Just Been on the most amazing tour with Dan! He was full of information about central park and the areas surrounding it. He made the experience fun, filled with laughs, playing music and individual group photos! Absolutely brilliant Tour! If you book ask for Dan!!

A great cycling tour. Dan was so much fun and made such an effort to get to know everyone in the group and where they were from. We learnt so much in the 2 hours. Our first time in Central Park, a brilliant way to cover lots of ground in 2 hours.

An amazing and memorable experience doing the 2 hour bike tour with Dan! We had originally planned to just rent bikes and do our own thing but I am so glad we went for the guided tour instead and I would recommend it all day long. Our tour guide Dan was brilliant and knew his stuff, he went out of his way to make the whole group feel special taking time to learn where in the world they were from and he learnt about their places back home, throwing in some musical entertainment for extra fun along the way. I learnt so much about the park and the surrounding areas and buildings that I would never have known or discovered by just renting bikes and cycling round ourselves. The bike tour was one of the highlights of our whole trip to NY! Thanks Dan

This was a fantastic bike tour. Be sure to get there early to sign up because they will fill up for the day. Our guide, Dan, was energetic, engaging, kept things fun, and was informative. The speed was easy to keep up with and there were plenty of breaks. We had our full family with us and Dan was great about taking pictures so we could all be in them and even video’ed us as we were riding. Overall, lots of fun and highly recommend!

What a fantastic few hours spent cycling around Central Park led by our guide, Dan, who was brilliant. Having never visited Central Park before, we were looking for a way to see the best parts without getting ourselves lost. The bike tour seemed like a good option and it was also included within our New York pass. It didn't start great as I hadn't realised that you had to book into the Unlimited Biking shop a couple of blocks from Central Park. We went straight to CP where there were loads of bikes for rent but a different company. They however advised us where we needed to go and we got there in time for the 4pm tour. Queuing in 'the line' went quickly and gave us the opportunity to complete the disclaimers documentation accessed by a QR Code. As we are both in our 60s, we decided to pay an additional $20 each to have electric bikes which proved to be money well spent. There's a few hilly areas in CP. Our group consisted of about 12 people from youngsters to some in their 70s. After everyone got kitted out with bikes and helmuts and we learnt how to ride electric bikes, we all walked our way to CP and started the tour. We stopped at various key spots around the park dismounting from the bikes to explore and take photos. Dan made sure that everyone in the group was ok to move on. One or two struggled with the hills but the group were happy to wait and Dan made sure everyone was fine. Dan was an extremely pleasant guy, full of enthusiasm and clearly enjoyed imparting information about CP. On leaving CP, we all rode back to the shop along New York streets albeit in a cycle lane on the main avenue. This tour was definitely one of the highlights of our 5 days in New York.

My husband and I recently used Unlimited Biking for a 2 hour tour round Central Park. When we arrived it was quick and easy to book onto the tour using our Go City pass and bikes were well maintained. Dan, our tour guide, was brilliant and gave us lots of information about the park. He took lots of photos and videos of us as we rode around the park and made the effort to add extra information, with a side of humour. I would definitely recommend you take one of these tours and ask for Dan, who will add that personal touch for your adventure!

The service was terrible. The people were rude and unhelpful. My bike chain clearly needs replacing as it nearly came off whenever I pushed hard on the pedals, regardless of what gear I was in. I told the staff who didn't care. The location means you have to cycle two busy blocks to get to Central Park. I suggest you use another company.

Holy cow! I lived in NYC for 20 years and never rode a bike in Central Park. This tour was outstanding- learned so much, explored nooks of the park I had never seen, and experienced the thrill of riding through the streets on a bike. Dan was our guide and he couldn't have been better. Took my 9 year old son who absolutely loved it. Am telling all my friends (locals and visitors) to book!

I just loved it. This is a great way to traverse the park when you are in the city for such a short time. Our guide Dan is the Man 👍

Poorly maintained bikes, the chain broke and the company denied liability and accused us of improper use refusing us a refund. What was offered was a return trip which we were unable to use as we were visiting on holidays and leaving that day. Poor customer service, one would have expected a refund and a return trip for the inconvenience of the situation which resulted in one of our party having to walk back to the depot from well inside Central Park and missing out on a memorable experience.

Interesting and varied 3 hour tour in NYC. Expertly guided by Benjamin. No other bookings for our particular tour - so just myself and my husband. Really enjoyed. Would recommend
