My family loved this kayaking adventure. We had an amazing time with our guide, Alexis, she shared a lot of information about the ecosystem and history of this beautiful area. Not only did we kayak, but we also got to spend time in the 50 foot lookout tower overlooking the preserve. We saw lots of birds, manatees and sea turtles. A perfect way to spend the morning or afternoon. We will be back!

“Clear” kayaks - bah! They’re so scratched that one can see more clearly from the side of the kayak than through it. They’re also tandem only except for odd-numbered guests - no single kayaks. The flotation square given is your padding under the uncomfortable seat, but it’s bothersome because it shifts out from beneath you. Regular single kayaks we rented a few days later from another outfit were MUCH better and more comfortable.
Friendly guide was marine biologist who could tell us about the oyster beds below but little else. We weren’t offered opportunity to swim as website mentions. Tour advertised for 8-10:30 but ended at 9:39am.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your honest input.
We apologize for the condition of the kayaks. We are addressing the issue with the scratched surfaces to ensure they meet the clear view standards we want to set for guests.
Regarding the seat padding, we understand the discomfort caused by the flotation squares and will be sure to assist guests to reach a preferred level of comfort before departing.
We're glad to hear that you found our guide friendly and knowledgeable about the marine life. We’ll be sure to enhance the information provided.
Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services. We hope you'll give us another chance to provide you with a better experience in the future.

There were four of us in our group (2 kayaks) our tour guide Ethan was phenomenal. We had beautiful weather for February in the mangroves, it was high 70’s for us. The directions were easily understood and parking was easy to access for us on a Saturday. My clear kayak adventure in Jupiter I will say I would prefer more just due to the clear water & more chances of seeing wildlife. I did the Jupiter tour in June of 2021 & have absolutely NO complaints for that one. Saw a few manatees, starfish and got to hold a few jellyfish. Both experiences were one for the books though depending on what atmosphere you like.

Thanks for sharing your awesome experience, especially with Ethan guiding your group through the stunning mangroves! It's fantastic to hear that you had such beautiful weather to enjoy the clear kayaking adventure in Robinson Preserve, even in February. And wow, encountering manatees, starfish, and even getting to hold jellyfish sounds like pure magic! We totally get your preference for clear water for more wildlife sightings, and we're thrilled to have been a part of two unforgettable experiences for you. Can't wait to have you back for more adventures in the clear waters of our favorite, Robinson Preserve.

This trip was not bad, but just a bit boring. Our guide, while nice, did not proactively share information, or points of interest. So we gathered some info by asking questions but otherwise this was less of a “tour” and more of an opportunity to paddle kayaks in the mangroves. We had hoped to see more wildlife and a manatee. So, the trip, was simply pleasant but not engaging or memorable.

We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience didn't live up to your expectations. It's disheartening when a tour doesn't deliver the excitement and engagement you were hoping for. We understand your disappointment in not encountering as much wildlife as anticipated, including the elusive manatee.
While we strive to provide informative and engaging tours, we recognize that sometimes the unpredictability of wildlife can lead to unexpected outcomes. Additionally, the time of year and seasonal variations can also play a significant role in wildlife sightings.
We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our tours in the future. Despite the lack of wildlife sightings, we're glad you found the experience pleasant, and we hope you'll consider giving us another chance to wow you with an unforgettable adventure. Thank you, again for joining us.

My friend and I went on a tour with Taylor and we cannot recommend her enough! All though the time of year didn’t allow us to see much wildlife, we learned so much and saw so many different species of birds. Taylor is extremely knowledgeable and kind, she made our experience very enjoyable!

We're delighted to hear that you and your friend had such a wonderful time on the tour with Taylor! Even if the timing didn't allow for much wildlife spotting, it's fantastic that you were still able to learn and appreciate the diverse bird species in the area. Taylor's knowledge and kindness truly shine through, and we're thrilled that she made your experience so enjoyable. Thank you for your kind words and recommendation! We look forward to having you back for more adventures in the future!

Ethan was an amazing guide and we had a wonderful afternoon in nature! Highly recommend as a fun family activity. Kayaking was not too strenuous and the time spent wading in the Tampa Bay (even saw dolphins swimming nearby) was fantastic.

I took my granddaughter on this tour today and it was amazing. Our tour guides Danny and Taylor were very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about the mangroves, other Florida vegetation and wildlife in the region. They were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very safe and comfortable despite us having very little experience. I would definitely recommend this kayaking experience.

The experience was disappointing and expensive. The clear kayaks were not an attribute that added anything to the view. There was nothing to see underneath us - no fish, no rays, no aquatic life at all -not as advertised. The seats and the posture they forced were very uncomfortable. Five of our seven family are very experienced kayakers and accustomed to better seats and views over the side. Our guides, Katie and Justine, were wonderful, however. The most fun was getting out of the kayaks and seeing snails and crabs in shallow water.

Hi, adventurers! We are very sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. We always put that wildlife vibe out into the universe before a tour, but, as explained on our website and during booking, wildlife is always a hope and never a promise. We appreciate your honest feedback and will take it into consideration going forward. We're glad to hear that Katie and Justyn made the best of the situation and that you found enjoyment in exploring the shallow waters. Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and we'll work hard to address the issues you've raised. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance to provide you with a better experience in the future. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.

Our clear kayak tour was amazing! We had a chance to see manatees + so many birds! We even had a chance to see pink spoonbills! The mangroves are beautiful to paddle through + it's so quiet! We also got to climb a 5 story observation tower that had awesome views of Tampa Bay + Anna Maria Island! We had such a great guide that was so knowledgeable about the wildlife + area! Well definitely be back to paddle with Danny again!

We're thrilled you had such a great time and learned so much with Chris. He sure knows how to make the Robinson Preserve come alive with his knowledge and humor. Those clear kayaks make wildlife spotting a breeze, even when paddling gets tricky. Come back soon for more fun and laughter on the water! 🛶🐬
