Sincerely recommend this tour, especially if you're a history buff. Bonnie does a great time making history fun and entertaining while adding in some extra history you will not hear anywhere else.
Also, some really cool stops on the tour that I would not have otherwise found

We had an amazing time with our tour guide Bonnie. The only negative experience was one bar didn't realize we were coming so we had to stand awkwardly to the side of a busy bar. That wasn't Bonnies fault and she made sure we had our drinks in minutes after talking to the owner. She was hilarious and so fun. My parents are taking her tour next month and I would recommend this to anyone who asked. She also pointed out fun shops and restaurants she recommended as we walked around Savannah.

All of it was my favorite! I enjoyed hearing all the history of every building, every owner of the house and historic events of the city such as the great fires in Savannah. It was a great journey through time & Bonnie was an amazing tour guide, never skipped a beat & was filled with information. Highly recommend to travelers since this was a great experience to learn about such a historic city in the South.

This was hands down my favorite tour of Savannah. It was two of my favorite things: History and Drinking. Please note, these were not samples of drinks. These were actual full drinks except at one of the stops. You get your money's worth. Bonnie was so informative and amazing. She really knows her history and I found her fascinating. You learn about the city but you also learn about the alcoholic beverages that you are drinking. We also had an amazing group which was only five people and the tour guide. We bonded and had a great time. Don't go on this tour on an empty stomach. The only issue I had with the tour is that unlike a lot of the food tours, there was no reserved seating at some of the places that we attended but that is just a small complaint.

My husband, adult daughter, and I had a great time on the Lightly Sauced - Raise a Glass to History Tour. Savannah history is fascinating on its own but connecting it with drinks that reflect that history makes for a special experience! Bonnie is an entertaining, knowledgeable, and congenial guide and provided a unique insight into this beautiful city's past. We highly recommend this tour!

Bonnie, the tour guide was wonderful and knowledgeable. Was disappointed in the actual tour. The 2nd and 3rd stops were missing things that were on the itinerary. Having done many tours throughout the country this one was disappointing.

My wife and I took the Lightly Sauced Tour of Savannah. Bonnie was a great tour guide, and was very knowledgeable about both the history of Savannah and on the drinks we were provided. You could tell that Bonnie has a passion for the history. She was able to answer any question in detail and not just gloss over the facts. It was a very easy walk, with stops at four different places for drinks. Each place was unique, with its own character. I would highly recommend a tour with Bonnie if you have time.

Bonnie did a wonderful job making the itinerary and we loved all of the drinks. My moms favorite was the Madeira, I loved the meads (especially the first and the xr cyser). While this tour isn’t a rowdy pub crawl, you will leave having great drinks (and with a bit of a buzz), and having learned more about the drinks you tried and the city.

We had a fantastic time with Bonnie and really enjoyed learning a lot of history while enjoying some beverages. Bonnie was great at answering all our questions and was really knowledgeable about the area. Our only recommendation for improvement would be to diversify the beverages a bit. Everything we sampled was really sweet and by the end we were ready for something to break that up.

Bonnie was very knowledgeable and we all had a great time! There was a wide range of drinks and food that we were offered between each venue. The baked cheese plate at our first stop was really really great! We appreciated her sense of humor and recommendations for additional places to visit after the tour. I would definitely tour with her again.
