My wife and I were visiting friends at Sea Pines resort on Hilton Head Island. We had a few hours to kill in Savannah before our flight so the night before I scheduled the 90 minute walking tour. Our Guide was great. So Knowledgeable about Savannah and it's settlement and 400+ years of development through the historical events of our country. It's international influences and anti-Catholic, anti-lawyer beginnings. Being a Catholic Lawyer from Chicago I found it was an interesting insight into the roots of this early British settlement. Architecture is unique as is the planned concept of the settlements organization and layout. And Mike from Noble Tours was witty and communicative with our whole group. He sold the city and we are going back when we can spend more time than a breakfast and a tour before the plane.

      Great tour!
We had an incredible tour with Champ, and it was truly a memorable experience. Savannah’s rich history came to life through Champ’s insightful stories, and the sights along the way were absolutely captivating. Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore the city in depth!

Pierce was an excellent communicator, informative and insightful making our first historical tour of beautiful Savannah a memorable one. He answered our questions enthusiastically and with aplomb. We wholeheartedly recommend this tour!

      Entertaining Guide
I thought it was a good way to learn more about Savannah. We learned many things from her, and she gave us tips on where to eat and other such things.

A 2 hr walk through historical Savannah and a comprehensive lesson about events of the Cicil War. Our guide, Champ, was a plethora of information and it was obvious that he loves history. He was proficient in answering questions and was open to various discussions about past and current events. It was a great tour!

Great way to spend the morning in Savannah
This is a great walking tour of Old Savannah. The guide was very knowledgeable of the history. I appreciated that they used an ear-phone system so it was very easy to hear without jockeying to get close to the guide. Well worth the $$...

Knowledgeable and Interesting Historical View through Architecture
Mike toured 6 adults on an architectural tour of Historic Savannah. An excellent interpreter, he still has the spark of someone who is enchanted with his topic and wants to share his knowledge and enthusiasm. He obviously spends a lot of time on research and can trot out answers to questions on everything from bricks to historic connections. His use of photos is helpful to orient the listener as to context.

      Great historical tour
Our guide, Pierce, was amazing. So knowledgeable. He gave us a great deal of historical background. We loved having the ear pieces. It definitely helps when you’re not standing close to your guide. If you’re interested in Savannah history, I would highly recommend this tour.

      A great introduction to Savannah
I’ve been to Savannah several times but this was my wife’s first visit. It’s a great way to get to know the lay of the land in the historic district. Knowledgeable and friendly guide made for an interesting and quick two hour walking tour. Highly recommended!

      Beautiful day! Learned things!
I was one minute late for the tour! Ugh!! Wrong Oglethorpe square! Road !!?? I’m so glad they waited for me!! I can’t remember the blonde tour guides name!?! But I do have a photo of her!! I enjoyed the walking tour so much!! Have done a previous trolley tour 2 years ago and a food walking tour also. The weather was beautiful! She made it sooo interesting and halfway through a bathroom break!! The only downside was there was a wedding at the minor cathedral so we couldn’t go inside!! It was a nice pace and she always at each stop if anyone had questions?? She answered them and usually gave more information!! I am here when the women marathon is going on, I am not one of them!! But it was nice , since I wasn’t driving, to have the streets closed!! I would do this your again!! Thanks!!

Champ is the champ of historic Savannah tours.
Champ gave a great, informative tour of the historic area of Savannah. In fact, after Champ's tour, we took a trolley tour that included the same area covered in this tour. I was constantly thinking, they forgot about this or that. It was well worth the time and money.

      Walking tour
A really informative and engaging tour of the historic centre of Savannah. Pace was good. The information shared as we walked between squares and points of interest helped to gain an understanding of how Savannah evolved.

The weather was perfect during the tour and the group size was small, so we could ask lots of questions. Just the right length of time to learn about Savannah's history during the Revolutionary and Civil Wars and see some of the city's beautiful squares. The disappointing aspect was that our audioguides were static-y and we missed much of the commentary from our guide, Marcia.

Orlando Montoya was our guide. He was not only extremely well informed about Savannah's history, colonial to modern, but he was obviously passionate about this city. Great tour for a visitor to gain some insight to this unique place. It was an easy, level, walk through the many oak shaded squares.

Mike gave my wife and me the best historical and cultural tour that we have ever had anywhere including Europe. Mike had a breadth and depth of knowledge that made Savannah’come alive’ to us. We learned so much and were able to ask any question that came to mind. Savannah will never be the same for us as we appreciate the rich history, the architecture and culture of this special city. Bravo Mike

Loved our private tour for 6 with Mike Mack. He met us on time, was extremely knowledgeable about Savannah and its history. Tried to tailor the tour to our interests - asked our preferences about viewing options. Provided water, headsets and was flexible along the way. We saw and learned a lot. I had lots of photo opportunities. Highly recommend.

He educated us on history, architecture and culture. We thoroughly enjoyed our custom tour and would recommend to everyone. Worth every penny and then some!

Orlando Montoya led my husband and I on a wonderful tour of historic Savannah. I would definitely suggest a guided tour rather than exploring on your own. We learned so much about the history of the Savannah. I am currently reading Surviving Savannah by Patti Callahan and it’s nice to be able to place the areas they are referring to as the story is told.
