About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- jor5520 contributionsMountain and waterfall day tripWe were collected outside the Bahai Palace at 9 and dropped back off at 6. Initial stop was a camel ride and then to a women’s co operative that sold oils. We then drove to the town close to the ourika waterfall and had lunch at a house on the outskirts of the village. Lunch was very good and plenty to eat. We then walked to the waterfall and was driven back to marrakech which took about 1 hour 20 mins. The trip was great value but would benefit from the guide talking about some places you pass and some history during the time on the mini bus. Lunch wasn’t served until 3/3.15 which was too late. The same oils were sold at another cooperative on the walk back down from the waterfall so I didn’t understand why we don’t stop there which would have brought lunch forward at least an hour and meant we arrived back at 5. Overall great value and a good opportunity to see more of the country.Written 25 November 2024

- Sharon C0 contributionsSuperb, worth every penny and moreIbraham was our guide and looked after us for the day. Pickup was seamless. The camel ride and Berber village stop were great with traditional tea and snacks. Followed by a demonstration of the argan oil process. Finally, onto Atlas Mountain for lunch, the best tagine in Marrakech so much food for our group of 9, and the hospitality was second to none. Then for those wanting to, the trek. I stayed at the home and was offered tea. The family were so warm and welcoming. I would recommend this tour 100%.Written 7 May 2024
- michellebakay0 contributionsHighly recommendThe tour was amazing. Abdulaziz was very friendly and informative. The best part was the visit to his family home with a tagine lunch and a chat about Amazigh (Berber) history. The hike to the waterfall was also really lovely. Everyone we met was incredibly warm and welcoming. Would definitely do this again.Written 2 May 2024

- christinedD3047RH0 contributionsDefinitely one to recommendWe had a fabulous day out with Abdulaziz and Abdul our driver. The trip gave us much more than we expected. Starting with clear communication around local pickup in a lovely comfortable minibus through to the visits we made. Abdulaziz is passionate and knowledgeable about the local area and is able to explain how history has affected language and writing and why Berber people are living in the High Atlas Mountains. The desert stop was just right, enough time to have a short camel ride and photograph the scenery. Moving into the mountains we had a lovely local lunch and a trek to the waterfalls. Probably the highlight of the day but it would be hard to choose. Definitely recommend this trip.Written 18 April 2024

- Escape497139506450 contributionsA Truly Memorable ExperienceIt’s not everyday you come across a tour that not only meets your expectations, but completely surpasses them. Such was the case with this tour, guided by the wonderful Abdulaziz. From the camel ride and visit to the Woman’s Argan Oil Cooperative to eating a wonderful Tajine and hiking through the Atlas Mountains, this was really memorable experience and definitely the highlight of my trip to Morocco. The tour was very well structured and there was never a time where I wasn’t engaged in the journey, be that by the local music played during the way or the casual conversation with our guide. Moreover I would also like to mention the hospitality and care given to us by providing water throughout the trip. If you’re still deciding where to go or not, do yourself a favor and book it. I doubt you’ll come across something with such value for such low price.Written 15 March 2024
- cikida20150 contributionsGreat experience, nice food, magnificent viewGreat experience! Welcoming, punctual, friendly, very helpful. We were family with elderly. They let our parents stay at the house after lunch because they can’t go for hiking and they send them at the meeting point after hiking before depart back.Written 3 March 2024
