Frequent air travellers and discerned guests flying more comfortably from Bali often have access to privileged services; their intense travel schedules or paying more to gain access to lounge pleasures are moments of relaxation and some time on their own before catching a flight home or to their next destination. We are now able to offer such luxury and comfort for any customer, aiming to start the next leg of his itinerary relaxed without having to look out for a spot inside the hustle and bustle of Bali’s departure hall.
An airport representative will be welcoming you at a designated spot in front of the international departure terminal. He/she will assist you with finding your way to the check-in counters after going a final security luggage check. Depending on strict airline regulations, we regret that we may not be able to speed up any check-in procedures during this service but we guarantee that your airport representative may take pro-active measures to speed up the check-in procedures.
Boarding passes at the ready, you will follow your English speaking a special designated immigration area for a swift and effortless transfer into the departure hall (Immigration standards may change on spot based on immigration regulations and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and enforced by airport authorities).  It will be a short but tempting walk to head straight into the duty free section as you will follow your host (ess) to the designated departure lounge, located on the 4th floor of Ngurah Rai International Airport. Here, a selection of drinks, snacks and small meals, complemented with free Wi-Fi access and comfortable chairs await – a better ending of your Bali stay is simply not possible. Your host for this departure service will further answer any questions related to your departure before he /she says ‘bye bye’ for a renewed visit to the Island of Gods. When boarding commences or you still may need to browse through the duty free shop prior to departure, transfer from the lounge to the departing gate is on own arrangement.

My wife and I attended this lounge in June 19. One star was being generous. It is terrible. Qantas markets it as a wonderful reciprocal lounge. Yes it is reciprocal but definitely not wonderful. Charging stations don't fully function, toilets are poorly kept, very limited...More
