Ayu was recommended by friends to us (group of 12) including my family. During our 10 days trip in Bali Ayu , Kadek and their team did an amazing job in scheduling all our favourites activities in very professional manners. Super friendly with everyone , my kids were so attached to them 😊. So professional , always turn up before the schedule time and stay back to ensure that we did everything we wanted to do on the day. Flexible and experienced with different places and activities to accomodate any changes may come across (wether , traffic,etc) and comes up with different ideas of activities to ensure every day is counted in your holiday. With very short notice , she managed to organise a super friendly driver with a car for my family to spend the whole day with me and always following up to check that the day is going as we wanted it to be 😊. Speaking and understanding english very well. Highly recommended for groups and families. She passionate about her job and committed to make her guest happy and comfortable all the time and do all what they want to do in Bali.

Dear all traveler that planing to use dewata Bali tour please if tou want to book via online please don't use the method payment viator site, as they having a issue with the site.. The payment don't go to they're bank account and that been happened view time, and they try they're best do the tour for the customer who make mistake book trough viator and get no payment at all, but as professional guide they still do as they don't want to have bad review, but again they tru to contact viator and get that fix and still get no answer from viator until now.. So dear lovely customer please book directly or use other type of payment method .. Thank you

It was amazing trip. This is the first time to me traveling alone, but I did not feel alone with Ayu and Kadek. They take care about me in terms of foods, prices and activities. They really care about their customers, I remember one guy said bad thing to me and Kadek stopped him and showed me how he is really care about his customers. And they are really friendly. I recommend everyone to go with them for different reasons: - Excellent speaking in English - Reasonable price for each trip - Special prices for the activities - Well organized plan for the activities - Helping in finding hotels One more thing to mention, if you want to contact them, don’t go with Viator website as it has some issues. I could not write enough good words to describe our service with Kadek and Ayu! Our every need was met. They had great advice and made our month long trip the best we've ever had (1st time in Bali). Starting with a pre phone call so we could get acquainted, I knew this was the guide for us! Ayu was friendly and asked all the right questions. Pick up at the airport was seamless. They kept in touch with us the entire time, and finding them amongst the sea of drivers was easy. We did about 10 trips with them; drive to Ubud, visit to Sideman, cooking class, drive to the Boat launch (Gili T), pick up from the boat launch and a night camping to watch the sunrise (this was soooooo awesome!) drive to Amed, waterfalls, ricefeilds, drive to Lovina, more waterfalls, Temples, drive to our camping spot, back to Lovina, jeep trek and lava tour, traditional house & coffee plantation tour, more Temples, back to Ubud. And so much more! Communication thru our whole trip was amazing. I asked a million questions and got all the answers. They even helped us make good decisions about our time and what was possible. So patient and genuine. You will be so happy that you chose them for whatever you are looking to do in Bali. Believe me! I can't THANK them enough...but I'll be back to make sure to tell them again in person.

Amazing holiday for a family of seven, with the excellent services of wonderful duo Kadek and Ayu.

This was my 1st trip to Bali and like most I used this page to plan my trip from the U.S.A along with another page called girls love travel. There were so many post recommending drivers for Bali. So I chose Ayu based on the post from another clients recommendations. There are many great drivers in Bali as the Balinese are such great people. I am so happy I chose to hire a personal driver and let her create my itinerary. This allowed flexibility for changes on the day of when I was tired. Also having a Private driver and not a tour group felt more private and special and provided less wait time. We were truly able to connect with them. Ayu even provided above and beyond service when she took our laundry to the laundromat for us, which helped us a lot. She also spoke great English and provided water and wifi. We met as strangers and left Bali feeling like family. That is our experience with Ayu and Kadek. Words cannot explain how they took care of us and made us feel like family and very safe. They became more than just our drivers. Ayu and kadek  became a part of our family. Over the course of 9 days we have laughed, sang songs, shared customs, traditions, music, food and life experiences. I genuinely love these two and their energy.
