David was our driver for the city tour part of the swamp/city combo day tour that we booked with the Louisiana Tour Company. We all had a great time, learned, and saw many sites. David picked up from the hotel on time and was courteous and professional.

Fabulous tour experience with Darrin. Not only did he take us to all the city landmarks, but he schooled us on everything New Orleans … including the correct enunciation! Highly recommend!!!!

The regular taxis are readily available at the airport and the prices are strictly controlled . We were advised by the taxi office of the fare and they write it down on their official quote slip so the driver can’t contravene it Our price to the French quarter was $36 for two with 6 pieces of luggage . It was slightly cheaper than our friends Uber and considerably cheaper than pre booked companies

This tour provided us with a thorough understanding of the city of New Orleans, its people, and New Orleans' history. Our group was never bored on the three-hour tour, because our tour guide David was phenomenal in presenting tour information and answering all of our questions. In addition, we didn't have to drive or meet at a particular location, because this tour picked us up and dropped us off at vacation location. In conclusion, I highly recommend this tour because it is very informative, the staff are all professional and friendly, and the tour bus is comfortable.

Our driver (Gene or Eugene) was fantastic and very friendly. We had two very rude guys on our bus, and he handled them wonderfully!

I organized a trip to New Orleans for a group of 20 people from the Baltimore area. After reviewing estimates for airport shuttle service from several bus companies I chose Alert Transportation. I was a little concerned because they were so much cheaper. I made the right choice. They were punctual, courteous and professional and I had no issues. I used email and phone calls to communicate with Darla in the office. She was very responsive and helpful. I am very satisfied with the service provided and would certainly recommend Alert Transportation.

I booked 2 buses for a large group coming off a cruise and heading to the New Orleans airport. Both buses arrived on time (in fact, they arrived a bit earlier and advised that they would be ready and waiting when we were ready). Otis was one driver and I forgot the name of the 2nd female driver, but both were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make this a good experience.

Our driver Brian Webber was an exceptional driver for this tour, he was friendly, detailed in providing interesting facts about the plantation. He made our trip well worth while.

Not only were your drivers on-time and consistent, but they were so personable! My travelers fell in love with Lamon & David! (5 stars to them). We also booked a 3 hour city tour with Alert on our 2nd day in the city. David was an excellent tour guide and was so knowledgeable of his history, the seniors are still raving about everything they learned.The experience was great as well seeing that I was providing a 3 day trip for 29 seniors from Texas. Would I recommend this service... Absolutely! The staff was great and it was comforting to be able to talk to the same associate every time I called (Andrea) and the phone line is 24/7. She would answer all my questions and provided our drivers info. to keep us in touch with our drivers at all times. The transportation service was also there 15-30 mins early to each activity we had planned. NEVER ONCE did I have to call and ask where was our driver. Milton you have a great company and it was the best choice that I have made in a service.

I was recommended this transportation company from the concierge at the Hilton Riverside. I had a large party that I needed to pick up at the convention center and take to and from dinner. I spoke with Alicia and Eric several times to ensure everything would be perfect for my business trip. Eugene was our driver and was very professional and friendly. We decided to go to Oak Alley Plantation Home in style, so we were not constrained by time or people. We asked Alert for a price, and from the first engagement they were first class. Our driver, Milton was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. It made such a difference. We set off from the Quarter at 1030, and we're back at 3.30pm. A really worthwhile trip, and made special with a local driver. The car was a Navigator, so plenty of space and comfort. We'd recommend them to anyone.
