Clarence was the consummate, friendly professional. He gave us a warm New Orleans welcome. His pickup and delivery was timely and smooth. We will definitely use this service again the next time we visit New Orleans.

Driver was fantastic very pleasant and really helpful with our luggage. He met us at the baggage claim and escorted us to his Yukon.

My daughter and I were in town for Taylor Swift and Tanner picked us up from the airport. HE IS FANTASTIC and deserves a raise! He was so kind and played my kiddo's favorite songs. If you are booking, REQUEST TANNER! We did request a car after the concert as my daughter didn't feel comfortable walking back. I paid for this ride in full (like the others) and they were not there ( we were being picked up at Hyatt Regency) and I did not have a phone number for contact ( I had Tanner's info before we even left Ohio). Called the main number and was hung up on. Called again and they didn't have any driver info. My daughter (who is 9) was so upset, tired, scared. Thank goodness for the police flagging down a pedicab for us. We took a car from hotel to airport and that was effecient and on time. Would give 5 stars if it weren't for the terrible service after the concert- especially for the price. I did that to ensure she felt safe and this need was not met.

Clarrisa was an awesome driver. He helped with the bags he had delightful conversation and got us to our destination ASAP.

Fabian was awesome! He was on time and very professional. Fabian has a great personality and made our travel enjoyable. He picked us up at our school in Mississippi and dropped us off at New Orleans Airport. When our flight returned he was there waiting and brought us back home safely. The booking was very easy also. I highly recommend Burton and Fabian. I will definitely use them again.

Our driver Sherri was amazing- we were supposed to have to have an suv and wound up with a Lincoln- the reason this was booked was because my mom has trouble getting into low vehicles

Booked this company for roundtrip airport to hotel transfer. First guy - super professional and nice but could not figure out how to get to the hotel. Pretty new to the job. Second guy - showed up late. MASSIVE ATTITUDE. Brought the wrong car - much smaller than what I paid for. I told him this is unacceptable and his response was - he didn’t give a sh*t and their company would be in business long after we left town. I booked a large van for transportation as we had 6 adults and luggage and a wheelchair. They didn’t care. We packed it all in. Along with the drivers own two duffel bags. SUPER UNSAFE. I had to call the company about 10x for a refund which was promised and never delivered. Finally had to go to my credit card company for a refund. **So like the title says - pick another company to book**

We had Gary as our driver to and from the airport. He was very friendly and personable which was an exceptional experience landing late on Christmas day.

Our plane was delayed and although we communicated from the plane, what we paid for did not work out. I am handicapped and have stage 4 cancer. We needed help inside the terminal with bags and to the vehicle. We paid extra for this service. Even though we communicated from the plane that we would be late and were assured that we would be met inside the terminal, there was no one there. My partner and I had to struggle with our luggage, make it out to the limo waiting area and try to find "Burton" We located a man who worked for Burton, but he was there for someone else. We both called dispatch to get the matter taken care of. After 10 minutes, he was finally told to take us. After a delayed flight and being promised we would be taken care of, our pick up from the airport was a failure.

We booked our private arrival from the airport to our hotel 5 days in advance. We followed the instructions on the voucher where to meet when we arrived. No one showed up. When we called the number, we immediately got a recording to leave a message. We left three messages with a span of over an hour + and then when calling again, we were cut off. Not one email or phone call from them. They left us stranded.

As a Travel Agent and also traveler with clients, I arranged for a Van to pick up 11 passengers from Airport to Hotel in New Orleans through Viator Tours. When we arrived, the young lady (driver) was very nice, however there were only 10 seats in Van! One of the wives had to sit on her husband's lap for the 30 minute ride to the Hotel. This is not acceptable. If we were ever stopped by police, we would have been in trouble. The young lady was very nice but couldn't answer why there was room for only 10 people. Also she had a very small stool to get off van and one of the men, missed the stool, fell on curb and scrapped both knees and elbow. not a pleasant journey or beginning of a vacation!

Our driver reached out as soon as the plane landed and met us as we arrived. No wait. Vehicle was very clean and comfortable.

We were picked up from airport, taken to hotel and then returned to airport. In both instances the car was on time, immaculately clean and plenty of room. Both of our drivers were prompt and accommodating to our requests.

Ashley and Nelson took great care of our group during a weekend in NOLA for a wedding. We had transfers to and from several locations and Burton provided excellent service for us. Some of our trips were requested with very little notice and they were able to accommodate us. We had Nelson as our driver and he was fantastic. We will definitely hook up with them Burton if we travel to NOLA again ! Nelson.....Thanks for all you did to make our trips enjoyable
