      Great tour and guide!
Jeff, our driver and guide, was great. Very knowledgeable, and personable. At first, I thought 4 hours was too long. We actually went 4 1/2, and it wasn’t enough.

      Great civil rights history tour
Omar did a great job! He provided a wealth of information about civil rights history in the south and specifically in Atlanta in a way that everyone could understand. The tour was set up very well. It was quite comprehensive.

      Must Do Introduction to Atlanta
This tour was great! Jeff did an excellent job giving us the backstory on historical and present-day Atlanta sites of importance as well as the history of Atlanta and major figures from the past and present. I have been visiting museums and walking the city for several days, so I wasn't sure how much would be a repeat... but I learned so much! Highly recommend!

Black History and Insights - Great Intro to Atlanta!
I had 4 hours to see Atlanta on a Sunday morning and found this tour. It was a wonderful introduction to the city from a Black perspective. Besides visiting and seeing the MLK related sites, we went to the Tyler Perry Studios visitor area and learned about how he uses this former Army base to support his productions as well as other artists. We stopped at a small shopping center with Black owned businesses for a rest break. Of my 10 day trip to the southeast, I probably talk about this short tour the most.

This tour was Amazing & very insightful! Our tour guide, Jeff, was AMAZING! He was very personable & informative the entire 4 hours & kept us entertained! We also had a good crew of tourists along for the trip. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone vacationing in Atlanta who has a love for Black History & MLK.

      Hidden Gems
Omar & Travis was amazing. This was honestly the best city tour I’ve ever experienced. My wife and her cousin have not stopped talking about this tour. Omar does an excellent job showing you around different parts of Atlanta and some famous places to visit and a few hidden gems that an out of towner such as myself would not have known about. My suggestion would be: 1. Do the tour the very first day that you’re there and take notes so you can have time to comeback and visit some of these places on your own while you’re there. 2. It’s a group participation tour….PARTICIPATE!!! It makes it fun and interactive and better for you and your host. 3. Get the margarita and lemon pepper wings!!! (Purchase a ticket, take the tour and you’ll understand.)

      First time in Atlanta!
Jeff was an amazing tour guide!! I have never been to Atlanta or Georgia before and wanted to take a tour to learn about the city. Jeff did a fantastic job and we covered so much ground!! I feel like I learned so much about the city in my short time in Atlanta and I’m so happy I explored a lot! We passed by Underground Atlanta, the Georgia State Capitol, the courthouses, and then passed by the stadium on our way out to Tyler Perry’s studios. We got to see the entrance to the studios, learn about the compound, and then go visit Madea’s house before driving through the historic and beautiful West End Neighborhood. We passed through the HBCUs and got to hear a lot about them and their alumni which was great. We also drove through Vine City and Auburn Ave. where we stopped to get treats from Sweet Auburn Bread Co. which was DELICIOUS! And the MLK Jr. NHS is just incredible. I would highly highly recommend this tour. The photos and videos that are put up on the screen are super helpful and the tour is paced well. My only critique is I could’ve stayed at the MLK sites longer!

Stone mountain is so beautiful, we enjoyed ourselves the whole time. Started out with a great tour guide named Omar, he made us laugh the whole ride, he offered us snacks and water. He absolutely loves his job and he made us feel so comfortable. My husband and I was celebrating our 14 year anniversary and they song to us on the van. It was eight of us on his van and by the end of the tour we all felt like family and like we knew each other for years. He let us off the van for an hour and a half to just walk around and enjoy the scenery and take pics. We needed a whole day in Stone Mountain because it is so much to do up there. I would give Omar 10 stars or better. The tour lasted longer than expected and again we loved listening to the history of Atlanta.

I have been to Atlanta about 50 times and have never visited Stone Mountain Park. This was a really nice tour. Our driver Omar was great, full of information and funny. The park is very nice & very well-maintained. My favorite part was taking the sky train up to the top of the mountain, it is to be noted that is not included in the price of your ticket that is a separate price, it is $20 round-trip. The views at the too were beautiful. I would suggest this tour if you were in town visiting or even as a local.

A remarkable experience- My first-time visit to Stone Mountain! The tour was engaging, entertaining, incredibly educational, and fun! Omar, the Journey Ambassador, engaged our diverse group with professionalism, knowledge, and a great personality! I learned so much from him about the history surrounding this natural wonder of millions of years old granite-forming Stone Mountain and the nearby town! I was mesmerized by the Quarry Exhibit! This a memorable experience you won't want to miss!

The tour was very educational and I learned things about the history of this mountain and it's exchange of hands and names as well as the history of the stone carving (famously larger than mount Rushmore). The information was well-presented. I didn't know what to expect prior to booking and honestly didn't do much research, so the tour exceeded expectation in this regard. The tour guide Omar was hospitable and friendly, although at times a bit too friendly with my female companion. That's a big no. For that reason, 3 stars.

We're glad you enjoyed yourself however sir the tour guides job to provide an a great experience. That means we make sure the group is entertained, safe and comfortable. When guest step out of the van safety is our number priority so every guest is assisted safely sir. That includes assisting the guest out the vehicle which is a common courtesy sir. I'm sorry you felt some kinda way but I can assure you Omar is the last person to disrespect anybody period. Plenty of other female guest on the tour who did not have a single problem with being assisted out the vehicle. Our guide is one of the nicest, respectable and genuine person you can meet and I can tell you sir he was extremely shocked and bothered when he initially he reported your claim six months ago. Even more troubling that you waited over 6 months later to bring about this claim in a review? That's a very serious claim that we take seriously sir.

Hands down, one of the best experiences I've ever had. You could explore Stone Park on your own and perhaps make sense of it, but I seriously doubt it if it's your first time. While I usually enjoy exploring solo, I learned so much with Omar and had a lot of fun. Omar is extremely knowledgeable about Atlanta (or 'Atlana' 😂😂) and an excellent guide. He even helped us get to the base of Stone Mountain, despite none of our tour mates wanting to climb it, making the tour highly personalized to our interests. Highly recommended—worth the money and more!

Our tour guide Omar is very friendly and the tour is very informative. I definitely learned a lot than I thought I would from a tour. Overall, I highly recommend if you travel alone. The shuttle AC is cool enough for hot summer weather and there were plenty of water and snacks provided.
