    What to Expect
Once you have signed in at the office, you will be able to begin your adventure. After a short 5-minute walk down to the containers you will get dressed up in the provided wet weather gear, gumboots and helmet.
You will then have a short detailed safety brief before you will test your skills on the two test tracks. The journey will then take you through dense rainforest, riverbeds and grassland all with the back drop of the spectacular Southern Alps. There are plenty of selfie opportunities with a break halfway to give you some local information on the area.
This place is truly special, one of only a handful of places in the world where ice and forest meet in such a spectacular manner and the ATV quads are the ultimate way to view it all. The quad bike adventure is fun in the sun and even better in the rain.
Enjoy a truly memorable adventure as you ride with the guides to gain views of the Franz Josef glacier and its surrounding snow capped peaks.

Excellent afternoon. Both Jamie and Olivia were very proficient in the safety brief before we set of, and conduct the tour in a safe manner to suit everyone’s riding level. I would most certainly return again as my son and I both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves....More

If you like quad bikes and adventure you’ll love this. You start off learning the ropes with your guides and then head out. At the half way mark there’s an opportunity to see the franz josef glacier from a distance. Had the best time!

Had a great time! Plenty of variety in the track and the fact it’s been raining all week made everything slippy and even more fun! They give you wet weather gear which kept me totally dry and the guides are really friendly. Would recommend :)

To be honest I think it is about 7 but not sure. You are far better during the day as the scenery is great and some tracks are through the rainforest vegetation and it might be a bit dark to fully appreciate it. We were... More

I don't think there was a wight limit because if you can get on these bikes & drive decently that's what matters. These are hefty & do take some strength. Their suits fit everyone in a bulky way--covering everything so you... More
