Criminal activity! Scam! This company stole the money!
This company Aloha Hawaii tours is a scam performing a criminal activity! I have been invited to participate in a webinar wia Zoom meeting to learn about their promotion and be rewarded with the Travel Certificate for 5 days 6 nights in 5 star hotel in Hawaii. I accepted the meeting on June 26, 2024 and the host insisted that I use my personal computer or laptop but not the phone. I used my laptop where all my personal data including the access to all my bank accounts. The host pushed the link to get full control of my computer saying that is the link to a webinar. I found it suspicious because I was already in a Zoom meeting with them among the other participants. Suddenly, some person screamed"leave this meeting immediately! This is a scam, they are after your money!" I ignored the link, and the host said that I need to accept it in order to get the Travel Certificate. I did. And my computer immediately gave me a message that their pushed program accessing all my files and data, having full control of my computer and stealing information and personal identity. It took me a few minutes to understand what is going on. When I realized that I am a victim of a criminal activity, I discovered from this webinar. However, the harm was dane, and I will report this company to a Best Business Bureau, and will seek a legal advice how to sue Aloha Hawaii Tours Company, registered at 1130 Kapahulu Avenue, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816, USA. I am attaching the screenshot of theirs email to the webinar.

          Absolutely Amazing!
This tour was absolutely amazing! And our guide, Mary, was incredible. We saw things from a local and historical perspective that we would have missed from Honalulu or by driving ourselves in a rental car. This should be on everyone's day 1 travel list for Oahu.

10/10 Recommend. Very nice and beautiful!
Cousin Guy was amazing! He gave us a lot of history behind many things and taught us some hawaiian words. He spoke with passion and enthusiasm which I really appreciated. Treated us like ohana.

          Fabulous round Island Tour
This was a wonderful round island tour, with Shelley as our guide, she was fabulous. Just loved the lunch stop with delicious garlic butter prawns and loved the singer on guitar, made a wonderful experience. Unfortunately our bus broke down and we had to wait a while for another bus, this meant we missed out on part of our tour, although it was handled so well and we were even given a full refund. I cant speak highly enough of this company, Thanks so much.

Amazing birthday tour for a friend
This was a great tour of wakiki on a bus with A Guide named Auntie Mary which was so ironic the night before the tour I was talking about my Auntie Mary whom is in heaven now and I felt like she was watching over me when I heard our guides name. She explained so many things to us that I never knew and I’ve been to Hawaii 4 times including this visit. She made us laugh and simply set back and enjoy our tour, our first stop was at Honolulu Blow hole site and she had donuts, sodas and water for us which was so nice and donut was awesome.our lunch stop was a meal and we had the spicy garlic Shrimp which was simply delicious with rice.this tour covered a lot for the price I paid so my friend would have a great first time visit to Honolulu and we’re here with family to celebrate her 80 something birthday.so if you’re visiting Honolulu you should take this tour and make sure it’s with Auntie Mary.

          One day tour
Our Tour Driver Shelley was very nice and personal. She gave a lot of insight of the island we visited several sites. The mountains were awesome, the macadamia nut farm, shrimp truck was good. But we only had about 30 minutes at the Dole Plantation which I think should have been more time due to the most place being crowded. We only had time to get in line and get ice cream then it was time to head back to the bus.

          Excellent Tour.
This is a wonderful way to see the island while sampling great local food. Our guide was a lifelong resident of Oahu, very funny and extremely informative.

Quick way to see the island and taste the sites!
This was well worth the money. Our guide, Shelly, was amazing. She instantly made us feel like family. And everyone along the way, knew who she was. She gave us treats a long the way and made sure we were comfortable. We saw majority of the island and saw a lot of local products. I definitely recommend this tour.

Great experience about the island, minimal time excursions
Our tour guide was very informative and funny. He would point out various points of interest and fill it in with history. The only thing I would have liked is when the tour bus stopped for an excursion the times were limited to 30-40 minutes, this especially comes into play at the Dole Plantation store where at least an hour would've been more of an appropriate time frame.

          Expensive and disapointing
Expensive, bus rode like a dray, would give the Shrimp Shack a wide birth. Was sold as an experience of local foods but pretty skimpy on that

          The Perspective of a Local
This tour was the first of any kind of island tour experienced by me and my guest. I truly enjoyed the experience. As a local whom has always thought such activities were only for tourists, I was pleasantly surprised to find many historical highlights shared by our lovely and lively tour guide, Ms. Shelly; to be first time educational bites! A few of the stops were also new experiences for this 20 year resident of Oahu. I only wish I had done more of these kind of leisurely exploration days in my paradise home when my children were young. I really enjoyed the blessing of taking in the breathtaking scenery while leaving the stressful driving and parking navigation up to our expert driver and guide! I would take all visiting family and friends on this tour at the start of their time here to explore what sites or activities awakened their interests for more in depth exploration the following day. This tour does not wear you out, but rather leaves one feeling refreshed and inspired to explore more deeply the gems along the way. Thank You Aloha Hawaii Tours!

          A bad experience got worse
The trip was nothing as expected. We were told we would be on a small bus as who would want to go a big bus with 50 people We landed up on a bus with 55 people We were told we’d get breakfast and lunch and got a tiny donut for breakfast and no juice coffee or even water Our driver had an accident backed up into a tree branch with glass shattering everywhere He drove on though everyone was yelling stop When he pulled over he said nothing and we had to wait an hour for another bus No water or anything was offered The fella that sold us our tour pkg scam Ed us and the tour was no better This was the worst experience on a tour we have had

Seriously wish I would’ve done my research prior to booking this through my hotel. We basically paid $300 for a bus ride to Pearl Harbor for 3 adults and 1 kid. Entrance into the Pearl Harbor memorial center and USS Arizona is FREE. NOTHING ELSE is included when you get there - not the Bowfin submarine tour, not the USS Missouri - there is not enough time for these and the money paid did NOT include these. When you get there everything is self-guided. An Uber from our hotel to the memorial would have been $50 round trip, so we basically threw away $250 on this excursion.

They called and canceled on us days before our scheduled tour due to overbooking. This is unfortunate since Pearl harbor tours are booked well in advance and difficult to find last minute. We were confirmed and had tickets for 5 and they told us they only had 4 seats. I'm not sure how this company is running or how their booking system allows this to happen. Be careful and double confirm that you have a seat if you are booking with this company. I have sent them two messages regarding a refund and still have not received a response.

This is only a tour of the USS Arizona. If you want to do the USS Missouri, or the Bowfin submarine then you have to pay for it separately. IT IS NOT INCLUDED. When I called to make the booking the agent assured me it includes the Arizona and the Missouri.

Now to actually see the other battleships/subs requires planning and coordination. We could have spent time on the bus ride discussing how long each additional sight takes, and how to properly coordinate yourselves. Instead the bus driver spent time trying to sell a Luao. Once inside the naval park, the tour guide just left us to ourselves to figure things out. Absolute waste of time. Should have gone with another professional company

My husband and I already had a lot planned on our mini vacay. The pickup time was at 7:30 we were waiting for them since 6:30 since we were worried about parking and we just like being on time. They called us at 7:10 to cancel!!!! Due to transportation. They asked to move us to 8 which we accepted but called back 5 min after and said to reschedule to another day. A waste of 2 hours. We ended up driving ourselves to Pearl Harbor didn't pay anything and got ourselves on a list and had the chance to see everything the tour was going to take us on. When we were leaving the initial bus that was supposed to pick us up arrived at Pearl Harbor. I'm actually glad they canceled on us. We did so much more on our own!

Disappointing. The city tour part consisted of a 15min stop to take pictures of the Palace and the Kings Statue. We did a drive thru the cemetery, with only a minute to take pictures through the bus window. The Pearl Harbor stop was hurried. The dock to the USS Arizona was closed for repair, so we couldn’t go out to the Memorial. I understand that wasn’t in anyones control, but that was the main reason I wanted to visit. Honestly, for the price, I could have walked or taken the bus to all of these places and had more time to enjoy. The narrative from the driver/guide wasn’t that informative.

This tour is a scam. We were picked up right on time and the driver immediately told us we would be late and miss our reservation. Our party of 4 arrived at reservations check in and were told by rangers that our reservation was canceled and we could wait in standby line. Took 1.5 hours, most standing in hot sun, during which we were harangued by Nazi like rangers who told us if we did not behave we would ne denied entry. Humiliating, infuriating, worst experience ever. Do NOT go!

Where do we begin?! Our tour started late to begin with. When booking, we were told 6:45am pick up time. We weren’t picked up until 8:50am. Next, our tour bus driver. Not only did he answer his phone while driving, he had it on speaker phone. We also learned that “someone” was trying to take his kids because he didn’t live in a mansion. His exact words. We were able to tour around a few buildings for about 10 minutes, which was amazing. However, coming back to the tour bus, our bus driver was smoking. Not the best thing to walk through, getting back on the bus.
Pearl Harbor was breathtaking, while being emotional.
We were not the only ones that thought this tour guide was out of line.
Tour guide David, you may want to think of these things when being a tour guide.

We booked this tour well in advance of our trip to Oahu. The night before the tour, it was cancelled because the bus had to go in for repairs. The email said "we may offer to rebook you for free", but there was no other contact. I emailed them with no response so I called them. We re-booked for 2 days later and our last full day in the area of Waikiki before we were heading to Ko'olina for another week. The night before, it was cancelled again saying that there were not enough people for the tour. I think that given they cancelled on us before, they should have done all they could to make the re-booking work. This time there was no offer of rebooking. I emailed them with what next steps would be, and that if they could pick me up in Ko'olina, I would still be interested. Never got a response.

The 5.5 hour tour? It is a lie. By the time we arrived around 8:00 our bus driver informed us that we needed to be back around 10-10:15 AM. Which left no time at all for the other sites there worth checking out such as the USS Missouri battleship, the USS Blowfish submarine, and the WW2 Airplane Museum. Fortunately there is a baggage check at the entrance which we took advantage of. Ended up skipping the return bus ride and took an uber back instead.

Pear harbor, the memorial and the ship tours were so worth it. Had to skip the airplane museum due to tired feet. But look forward to coming back and checking it out too. The tour on the other hand? Not worth it.

This tour was amazing!! It can be a bit emotional and that’s why I recommend doing this on the first day of your visit to Oahu. David our bus driver/ tour guide was AMAZING, he provided us with history on our way from and to Honolulu City. He also provided us with tips on where to eat and what to do during our stay in Waikiki. If you book this trip with Aloha Tours I recommend asking for David.
