Timely service reservation and pickup flawless courteous driver and clean comfortable van. We will use this service again

On time, even though I took a left instead of the advised right out of arrivals; the driver came to find me. Simple yet comfortable van fitted all 8 of our suitcases although it was a tight fit. Driver was helpful and friendly, making it easier after a long flight. Perfect for a family of 4 with too much luggage at a reasonable price.

Paradise Hawaii was prompt and friendly. We used them for our group of 6 to pick up at Honolulu airport and take us to the hotel and then to return to the airport. Both transfers were smooth and on time.

Andy picked us up promptly at baggage claim. He had leis waiting to put around our neck and picked up our baggage. He even helped a random stranger who spilled her baggage cart. Our drive was quick and efficient.

Awful company. I was told the driver would be at baggage claims according to our flight arrival time. Flight was originally landing at 2:03. I booked for 3pm and messaged the company asking which time I should go for 2 or 3. They said it didn’t matter because they had our flight information. Okay-that’s great I thought. Once we landed, I messaged the company saying we were early and at baggage claim. My mom and I waited probably 40-45 minutes for our driver. When he came, baggage claim already had the next flights luggage out. My name sign was rolled up and the leis were in a plastic baggie. After a 12 hr flight, this was just disgusting. I paid $100 for the experience and personalization. I even asked to cancel and the company ignored my messages. I wish I just booked an Uber or went with another company. I even requested a refund from Vitor and the company lied and said the driver was 50 minutes early. They refused any refund for the botched pickup. Viator sided with the company. Take my awful experience and DO NOT waste your money. Go with Johnny Taxi Service. We used him for the travel back and he was amazing and only $40.

Excellent experience using Paradise Hawaii Tours for our group of 8. Definitely exceeded our expectations and would use again. Easy to schedule appointment. Good communications, follow up and accommodating our ride needs. Responded to all questions in a timely manner prior to booking.

Would recommend this company for shuttles to and from Hotels in Waikiki - pre trip comms were great 24 hours ahead, with updates and clear instructions on where to meet at the airport.

Ethan our driver was amazing! He texted the day before our arrival to make sure we had his number. That came in so useful as our flight was delayed on the tarmac for almost an hour and we were able to communicate with Ethan and he was very patient and kind. The Suburban was so roomy and comfortable with plenty of space for golf clubs and luggage. It was SO worth it to land, have help with luggage, and be delivered to our hotel with no hassle whatsoever.

I found Hawaii Paradise Tours on Tripadvisor and noticed that they had amazing ratings. Our volleyball club needed a way to get from the hotel to the airport and to take us to specific tourists spots - Diamond Head at Sunrise, Waimea Falls, Stan Sherriff arena. They handled all our requests like pros and the vehicles were immaculate. Shout out to James,Stan, Alena, Johnny, and a fourth driver that I didn’t catch his name! Highly, highly recommend them!

I am more then pleased with our transportation, our flight was delayed many hours we were ready to get to our hotel upon landing. Johnny was waiting for us at baggage claim, he was easy to find (had a sign with our name) he helped with luggage and we safely got to our hotel on wikiki.
