Best way to spend my birthday! Private tour, lovely modern vehicle, vibrant n friendly tour guides, well curated trip!

Ilen and Amar, our guide and driver, were awesome! They were very accommodating. We had not eaten breakfast and they took us to a great restaurant on the way. The description for this tour states “visit starfish beach” but it is not a beach. We snorkeled to see the starfish. We were able to hold some though and that was great. We just expected to be on a beach with starfish. The description also says that “snorkeling at blue lagoon is stunning, the island itself is a breeding ground for turtles”. We did not go to an island. Nor did we see turtles or dolphins. The Rock lunch was very delish. Paje beach was very pretty. Just beware that the locals will try to sell you things constantly! They are very pushy. Also the hotels will not serve you drinks or let you use bathrooms unless you are a guest there.

Eyxcellent familiy program, nice and friendly guide supporting you to fully enjoy snorkeling. The fruit provided during the program was delicious.

A good day trip but it’s worth noting there is a lot of travelling between activity locations and a lot squeezed in. Ahmed is very knowledgeable about the island and very friendly.

Tanzania is a very nice place in General. Zanzibar is awesome. The ancient city vibe, the street sea food and good night life makes Zanzibar beautiful place. Northern part of Zanzibar called Nungwi is paradise. One should visit Nemba island. Dolphin swimming. Nakupenda. Kendawa Island. Amani Buglie is good hotel to stay. People or so friendly and welcoming. Have card and cash blend. Eat sea food and drink coconut and passion juice. Cheers!

Decent set of lads sorting out the tour. Very freindly and informative... good laugh. Excelent english. Clean decent vehicle. Nothing was to much trouble. Really decent day out. The forest is very busy place with loads of tourist. But the lagoon was amazing. Well worth a look if your in zanzibar

The tour guide, Ahmad, was really good! Young, but knowledgeable! He gives you space to do what you want to do, recommends places along the way such as Kendwa beach which isn't on the list but still was a nice touch. There is a hint of there being too much in one day, but I wouldn't class this as a negative. Overall, a great experience and would happily do it all over again with Ahmad (IG - dayszanzibartourguides).

Our trip was really exciting and there were many attractions to see. We have seen a lot of the Sansibar Island like various people, landscapes and animals. The Rock Restaurant is really impressive to see and the food ist delicious too. The driver Teyhajj was really friendly and did a perfect job. He told us many things about the attractions and it was a really pleasant journey with him! I can highly recommend the trip and also our Driver Teyhajj for any other trip you want to do!

Stellar day! Really enjoy the snorkeling, starfish beach, lunch at the Rock and the red colobus monkeys at Jozani forest!

The snorkelling and star fish experience was amazing, the guide was very nice, he gave us a power bank and went out of his way to find us a loo when we needed to use one. He was very patient with us throughout the trip and gave us ample time to enjoy all the activities at our own leisure. We were disappointed by the fact that bottled water was included in the package but was not provided to us, we eventually had to buy our own. Overall a good experience, a point of improvement is that the tour guide should give more information around the history/background of the different sites visited.

We are a group of four peoples leaving today at The Residence Zanzibar. We enjoyed 07 nights stay with best friends here at the Hotel. The hotel ambiance is very fantastic.Sandies Tours & Travel have made perfect for us. We enjoyed all non motorized water sport activities on the beach. We enjoyed Stone Town Tour, Prison Island, Spice Tour, Jozani Forest and The Rock Restaurant at Michamvi. The only disappointment was to miss Safari Blue Tour. We had to wait the rain to stop for four days, but it never stop until we depart today, we feel unlucky because we want to do this tour to surprise our wives. Our Hotel Visit Representative suggested to do Safari blue tour when only there is full day sun. No way we have to return home. We must comeback to Zanzibar. We were looking for a villa for a group of friends, and Zanziplanet replied that they have a few options for us. They provided the pictures and some details, answered my questions. We've agreed on everything, they have even provided the discount. We've made a prepayment and were happily expecting the trip. And then, just one day prior to arrival it turned out that the villa that we've chosen is actually not the villa that they offered us. Though we have all the emails in place, where it was clearly mentioned, the pictures and the price, they denied everything. When we arrived, they met us at the airport and brought us to some terrible place! It was not the place that we've expected! It was just horrible. And Zanziplanet didn't want to listen to us, they didn't want to provide us the place that we've chosen and any alternatives and they didn't want to give us back the deposit. They are frauds and I don't recommend to deal with these people ever!

We did the Stonetown city tour. I loved the rich culture,that its an educative tour and the preservation of history. Some of the buildings, though historical, need some restorative work done to them. For this tour you will need walking shoes,camera, sun hat, sun glasses, water to drink and be prepared to walk. We did the half day tour.
