- VRRZ0 contributionsLovely experience :)Lovely experience and well organised. Sky was breathtaking and guide had solid knowledge of the constellations which he showed us. Able to see some bioluminescence too, despite being off season.Written 1 February 2025
- tanero20250 contributionsBioluminescential in HolboxIt was one of the most interesting experiences we had in our lives. Getting picked up by an ATV to go to the meeting point and seeing all the stars following with a kayak ride to a sand band offshore with a bunch of other couples was amazing. Once we arrived at the sand band we jumped off from our kayaks and walked in the water half way our bodies and received information about bioluminescence and experienced the phenomenon on site. Highly recommended activity as this is something that you cannot easily do on your own.Written 30 January 2025
- Diane B0 contributionsKayak to a bioluminescence area and see the cool stuff. The staff and activity were great! We had no idea what to expect, but what a delightful adventure!! We kayaked out, saw the cool sights, and then kayaked back. The time of year for the bioluminescence was not the best (I take it, but the stars were BEAUTIFUL).Written 30 January 2025
- joonasj20250 contributionsGood way to spend a few hoursJust as described. The trip is compact and it's good that you can go after breakfast and return by lunch. Our belgian guide was very friendly. There was some waiting before we got going and we were put on to some wrong boat first but no big deal. Isla Pajaros was nice if you like seeing all kind of birds. We even saw an osprey. Isla Pasion was not that interesting. Less wildlife and you can wade on the small beach. The third stop was in the mainland so it's strange to call this a three island tour. Nevertheless, the Yalahau lagoon was a nice place although it was not an actual cenote despite advertised as such in the description. We saw some lizards and raccoons and it was refreshing to swim in the fresh water pond.Written 19 January 2025
- ISammyD0 contributionsRecommend!Excellent! Highly recommend- pick up was easy and the tour was great. We got picked up at 9:15pm and there was only 3 of us our group. The guide was friendly and informative.Written 6 January 2025

- Julesarally0 contributionsWonderful day out!Fantastic experience and great value. This trip was a great way to see some of the further islands and get an idea of the size of Holbox. Friendly guide and a fast boat. We caught lots of fish and the ceviche was delicious.Written 2 January 2025
- Sarah-wtbh0 contributionsIncorrectly titled but nonetheless worthwhileThis is ideal if you want a relaxing way to spend a few hours of an afternoon pootling round in a speedboat and soaking up the tropical vibe of Holbox. The visit to the cenote was the highlight, the other stops felt a bit pointless - not enough time to explore properly and you couldn't go very far anyway. But the guides were very knowledgeable and it was interesting to learn something of the history. There's quite a bit of jumping in and out of the boat which might be tricky for those with mobility issues and there is no transfer back to your hotel at the end so make sure you know how to get back!Written 26 December 2024
- eliseroche010 contributionsAmazing and unique experienceAmazing and unique experience thanks to our 2 mexican guides Joni and David! We had the chance to enjoy the peacefulness of nature in its all splendor… and see some beautiful birds and even crocodiles. Was real magic! Highly recommendable!! Thanks a lotWritten 24 December 2024
- elorad7970 contributionsVery fun!Daniella was such a fabulous tour guide in both spirit and knowledge of thr area. It was noted in some of the reviews that the tour guides english wasn't great for it being a bilingual tour, but that was not our experience. Yalahau was a trip-enriching experience and the biodiversity seen on Isla de pasíon was a true marvel. Sadly, we were unable to go to Isla de pajaros and instead went to Punta Mosquito. My understanding is this change was made because the other tour guide and caption didn't speak English and we had requested a bilingual tour. It all worked out and we saw some flamingos at Isla de pasion, but it was an unexpected change we had no control over. Overall I would recommend this company, we had a great day and a wonderful experience.Written 22 December 2024

Best traditional fishing I have ever entertained. Our guide Jonathan was not only knowledgeable, he was clear and profesional with all his instructions. Captain Tomas was where we needed to be always, on the Fish!
Not only did we catch the fish, they went the extra mile and set up a feast in a local restaurant for us to enjoy the bounty.
Hands down a must when visiting Holbox!

Booked English speaking guide, got a guy who can say hello in english, that's about it.
He picked us up in front of our hotel, drop off was at the port.
First of all, you need to know it is not a deep/sports fishing trip, which I thought would be. We caught 6-8 fish, none bigger than 8 in. That was kinda disappointing considering every trip we go we catch big, deep ocean fish.
This would be a 3 star review for experience, but giving 4 because the guide made a really good ceviche! Like one of the best ones I had in my life!
