We watched several couples struggling to get their children back on the boat & none of the staff tried to help. We did finally yell after watching one woman struggle for minutes and minutes and we were worried for their safety. The boats are very basic & you can smell the fuel/exhaust fumes. They seem as tired as the staff and in need of some maintenance. Overall, the only special moment of the tour was seeing dolphins. The snorkeling is minimal. Once they do let you off the boat you are instructed to only snorkel a small portion in front of the boat. Hardly worth putting your mask/fins/snorkel on for. But I would recommend to avoid them based on our experience as they definitely did not value my time at the island. After arrive (they knew the flight & time) no transport available and asked to wait. After 45 minutes the van arrived / came back ,.. but took another round trip of 15 minutes .. before bringing is to the hotel. All the way pitching for services. Would be easier to take a taxi as distance is small. I feel abusing my valuable time on the island. We booked all service with different agency. AvoidWritten 15 November 2018

The Noronha Tour served us well since arrival, we carried out our transfer from the airport to the hostel, on the go and return and on all the tours, it was punctual. We had already closed a few packages with them, without knowing, and it was a great surprise. On the first boat ride, from the middle pro final, my husband went a little bad and the guide (Cecília) promptly asked if they wanted to return and programmed for the transport to pick us up at the beach of Porto. Our other tour was also sensational on the Island Tour, our guide (Philipe DiCaprio) very friendly, welcoming, ready to help always and clarify everything. We also performed the Hawaiian canoe and were welcomed by two very nice women, and we managed to watch an exciting sunrise, our guide (other Filipe) also very friendly, lively, willing and helpful with photos. After all, we only have compliments and we indicate to everyone who goes to the island that know the Noronha Tour, because the experience will be fantastic. The staff at Noronha Tour are very proactive, friendly and always reminding us of our commitment to them. I went to Noronha to do diving certification, I had 2 days of rest left and I booked a VIP tour with them and I also had a transfer from the airport to the hotel in my package (vice versa too). I want to send a special thank you to Mayane, a super 10 to us as a customer. Noronha Tour, thank you very much and I hope to see you again in the future. Big hugs!

Excellent. We arrived and there was Carol waiting for us. Transfer from the airport to the Inn was by air-conditioned minibus. Note 10!
Transfer from the Inn to the airport Note 1000! My wife had an ankle twist walking through the stones of the Villa of Remedies and needed to be immobilized. On transfer to the Airport, Noronha Tour provided a car to transport her as well as placed two people to help us. All I have to do is thank you and recommend Noronha Tour

Chegando no aeroporto, perguntei ao motorista se era rapido me deixar na pousada, pois senao iria de taxi, ele me disse que sim .. o rapido foi simplesmente uma hora e 25 minutos, isso mesmo 1:25, e o traslado estava vazio, passaram perto da minha pousada umas 2 vezes, e foram levando outras pessoas. Sei que sempre terá um ultimo, mas eles conseguiriam reduzir esse tempo para uns 40 minutos no maximo, mas para o maior conforto deles, fui colocado em ultimo, pois minha pousada era praticamente do lado deles, entao eles me deixavam, lá e estacionavam o bus na porta deles ... e o pior nao foi isso, eles simplesmente pararam o onibus, e apontaram para o final da rua, e disseram, sua pousada fica ali !!!! eu com criança pequena, 3 malas, e mochilas, tive que levar tudo no braço atá a pousada ...questionei isso ao dono da pousada, ele disse que eles sempre deixam o pessoal lá, mas no meu caso foi diferente, tive que ir a pé, e ainda carregando as malas todas !!! o taxi nao é muito barato, mas, ficar 1:25 rodando dentro de um onibus em noronha, é mais prejuízo ainda ... melhor pagar 35 reais ....
