We had a wonderful wine tasting experience with Filipo our host. The delightful Valentina (owner) popped in to meet us too with lots of stories and explanations. Very attentive, knowledgeable and personalised and would thoroughly recommend this.

We booked a wine tasting tour in advance, but when we arrived it had been forgotten. The host was friendly and quickly arranged something for us but it was unfortunately rather rushed with some wines unavailable (and just a few dry biscuits). And the wines were not really to our taste. Sadly not our best experience.

We had made a reservation through the website of the B&B. There was nothing mentioned about whether or not pets were allowed. If it is not explicitly stated that pets are not allowed, you can assume that they are welcome. I also explained the owner by phone, when booking, that I was traveling with my sick wife. Once we arrived we were immediately shown the door because of our dog. A solution was sought and we are now somewhere tatty along a busy road. An extremely rude treatment. I have only looked at the site of the B&B but the owner told me that I had to look at the booking.com-site. But I had nothing to do with booking.com. By the way, do not have the illusion that you have booked a cozy agriturismo. You end up at a professional wine company. The reception is a large hall in which the wines are displayed.

Great tasting of the organic wines of Valentina Cubi with the winemaker herself. Casual, highly informative, and not rushed. Great variety of wines available to taste. Cost of tasting is 15€ unless you buy wine. Well worth the experience, but really you should purchase wine if you can, as they are excellent in my opinion.

This was our last wine-degustation location we stayed at on our weekend-trip in Valpolicella and the end of the stay there, we didn’t want to leave at all because it’s been so cosy, authentic and we had all around a very enjoyable time with Valentina. She’s such a lovely, passionate and authentic person (and a former elementary teacher you wish you had) and we really enjoyed having many good conversations with her. Even though we were late for the scheduled wine-tasting itself, Valentina didn’t mind to stay a bit longer so we could taste (and order) her great selection of wines. She even gave us a bottle to go with to our room, so we weren’t on the dry side - we really appreciate that excellent hospitality. The wines she offered us were exceptional. We especially liked the Morar 2008 which is already well-aged and ready to be consumed. In short: a real stunner! Also, the 2010 vintage (when they started with the organic production) was terrific and we couldn’t help to buy a few bottles. Valentina was so kind to recommended us the Restaurant “Enoteca Della Valpolicella” for dinner which is only a few minutes walk away. The accommodation was spotless in every way and also very generous. The breakfast was yummy too. We wish we could have stayed there for longer and are definitely would love to coming back one day. Newly renovated room and building with some beautiful old pieces of furniture and a great icon painting in the room we stayed in. Our only problem with this place was it lacked personality. No wine glasses in the room, no local guides or maps, we were the only people staying so it was a bit boring particularly when most of Fumane’s restaurants and bars are closed in late August. This place could be lovely and they could learn from Dimora del Bugiardo about hospitality.

Me and my husband stayed for 1 night here. If you want to feel real Italian hospitality then you must visit this place. Staying also includes wine tasting (6 or 7 wines i guess) that was hosted by Valentina herself and her collegue Silvia - incredible and dedicated women, treating the soil with respect. They also produce olive oil (Biodynamic same as the wines are). All the property looks very looked after and is surrounded by wineyards. Rooms are newly renovated. The restaurant they adviced was really worth a visit. All was just great. Not to mention the gifts i got from Valentina as it was my birthday! Thank you so much for a magic stay!

Fantastic wine tasting learning about the wines from this winery.. generous with their time to explain the differences between the wines of the region... very happy with the experience and wish I could ship some of their wines to Australia!

We spend one night at Valentina Cubi (wish we had planned to stay longer..) and it was a fantastic experience. Valentina really took great care of us and her hospitality is great. We got a wonderful room with plenty of space for the 3 of us and a nice balcony with a view of the garden. Valentina showed us her Winery and gave us a very interesting tasting experience with her great wines (Her Amarone is just fantastic) We will for sure come back!

The owner was super friendly, explained their philosophy and a little bit about each wine to help us decide what we wanted to taste. All wines were delicious, which is always good to see in an organic winery. Our favourite was the 2006 Amarone- yum! There was also a dessert red which they don't produce often, and will go beautifully with some cheese! Thanks for a great visit! Will definitely be back when visiting the area again.

Among the fields and vineyards Valppolicella comfortable rooms and apartments run by a family who has created a wonderful organic viticulture. If you want to see the commitment and joy in the eyes of the owners and the pride of its wines - visit this place.

This is our first time staying at the Agriturismo of Valentina Cubi although we have been a great fan of her wines for a while. The estate is in a serene little village with great views of vineyard and very close to a well-respected enoteca in the Fumane village. The suite we had is huge by typical Agriturismo standard, the breakfast spread fabulous, and we were so well attended to by the lovely Ramona. The other parts of the accommodation, from cleanliness and toiletries, towels etc, are all wonderful. We love the wines so the ability to buy some limited edition grappa and older vintages are a bonus. Go there if you love wines and the nature.

We arrived without appointment, but were warmly welcomed, and offered a tour of the winery by the owner. Beautiful cellar and the wines are excellent.

We had a wonderful time visiting this vineyard with Signora Valentina - the wine tasting and the tour around her cellars was fantastic. We could feel her passion for the wines and felt touched by her hospitality. We will certainly visit this place again if we are in the area.

We visited the winery a Monday morning after having agreed the time well in advance. Already from the first e-mail, we felt the kindness and hospitality. The winery is very modern and professionally run. A beautiful cellar and maturing area for the wines. We met Paola amd Sebastiano that showed us the winery and took us through the tasting of the wonderful wines they produce. One speciality for this winery is that they store the bottle a few more years than other wineries before they release them to the market. This gives a more mature and ballanced wine. Excellent choice for a vineyard visit in Valpolicella Classico! They have a beautiful B&B offering too.
