We had an amazing time with this adventure. Rich was an amazing guide and made you feel extremely safe. Tom our Helicopter pilot also made you feel safe and at ease. Both Rich and Tom pointed out points as we travelled back and forth from the glacier. I'd really recommend this experience even if you feel apprehensive, both Rich and Tom put you at ease right away.

I had this amazing experience on New Year Holiday and everything was perfect! Especially, I wanted to thank Richard who guided us on the glacier, dug the holes and made it safe for us to explore inside and answered all my curious questions!

This experience is absolutely MUST DO. Our family had a time of our life. The close up view of the Mt Cook, the blue ice caves and the glacier lake from above are one of the best things we have ever seen. SURREAL! Richard our guide was AMAZING, explaining everything, answering questions, constantly checking for the hazards and making sure my curious 12 year old was exploring safely. We didn't feel rushed through the activity, and were allowed enough time for every person to explore the caves and formations. Our pilot was great too. The whole experience was not physically demanding, most people that are able to spend 2-3 hours standing on their feet should be able to do the heli-hike. If I have an opportunity to do something like this in the future, I will definitely book again with this company and recommend it to everyone. Thank you for the FANTASTIC day on the glacier, cannot be happier!

I booked their Adventurer heli-hike (together with Inflite for the helicopter) and paid a month in advance only for my trip to be cancelled definitively *when I got there* (despite the great weather). This was after being told late in the evening right before the trip that there was a problem with last minute cancellations of other passengers (borders were closed well before then, why just email then?), and being strung along for the whole day on the way there and told that it looks like the heli-hike would push through after all.

Maybe the reason they strung us along was so we could fill in the missing slots for another helicopter ride that day, I don't know. But we didn't get any consideration aside from the ongoing promos they already had that day for other tours (which I had already done with other companies anyway), even when we offered to pay for an extra slot for the heli-hike.

Additionally, another company was able to go on a heli-hike at the same time and we weren't offered to go on that one instead when we would have easily fit in the maximum number for the trip (I didn't ask earlier because I only figured it out when they got back from their hike).

I really wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, very poor communication all throughout. Consider other companies instead.

I cannot recommend this highly enough. We had had heli-hikes in Fox Glacier cancelled the previous 4 days so this was our last hope of doing one. The weather turned it on for us the day we flew! The flight was fabulous; the views of Mt Cook were sublime. The helicopter was comfortable and afforded amazing views en route to the glacier. Once there, our guide took us across the snow and explained everything as we walked. We were so lucky to find ice caves and a little tunnel. The whole trip was surreal! We were given all the gear we needed including hats and gloves and we went at a pace that suited everyone. My partner and I couldn't have picked a better way to celebrate our engagement. Everyone should do this trip, thank you so so much!

Scott was an AMAZING tour guide. He was so passionate about the glacier and taught us a lot about the surrounding areas as well as the glacier itself! He was really great with my brother Alec, (he has a disability so trips like this can be overwhelming sometimes) but Scott was so great with him too and Alec was super happy. The pilot, Brook was really chill and we felt really safe on the flight over, and the views were INCREDIBLE. Overall, if you wanna see the glacier up high and in person I 100% recommend this trip.
