Horse riding on the beach was a great experience for us, which we enjoyed very much. Kingsley, our guide, was very helpful and made our trip an amazing event.

This place explains the entire journey of sugar and its making process. One can also experience rum, honey and sugar tasting in this place. It is a part of the north island trip in mauritius. It is worth an experience.

Well worth the visit, walking with the lions was amazing, safari was good, just ashame there was no giraffes as advertised.

You can walk and see the waterfalls and the 23 color of earth. Don‘t buy for transportation! They only want your money. They tell you it‘s super long to walk but it’s only 30min .There is a sign by the cashier that says „no refound“ for a good reason.

We had a nice time at the park. Shafi our guide did the park visit and he made our day. Our family enjoyed it there. And we recommend a visit at this park as a must.

Untill a month ago we did cooperate with SEGA Tours & Cruises Ltd so we can sell roundtrips in The Netherlands. Clients who would like to check in did get the message the hotel wasn't payed (we payed it already to Sega a long time before). So we had to pay the hotel again. We had to pay multiple reservations double and have a loss for about 7.5K Euro. The owner of Sega Tours, Vicash Purryag, made many appointments (on mail and phone) to pay back the total refund to us. But today, after 1,5 month, he didn't fullfill his appointments.

I really regret inviting my family to come have fun at Splash N Fun. To be sure where I’m going, I take the time to send them a message by messenger. So I had the menu, the closing and opening time and so on. But when we arrived, we could understand that this park needed a good refreshment. Trailing toilet bulbs, broken spot in the pool, lack of paint, old kitchen, cellars and very old table among others. Even the letter R is missing in the main entrance. At noon, everyone starts to get hungry. As I already had the menu with me by messenger. I had burgers, paninis, pizzas, and my parents wanted grills. I went around the food court with my dad. I ask a lady at the burger&paninis place. I said:-Hello, I know we are not open yet, but can I see your menu? I will never forget that. This woman is dragging her feet just to return a chart with the menu. My father clearly saw I had distub the lady. what a shame and what a service! We also learned that on that day you did not have a grilled food. My father was very upset. Finally, we had pizzas, burgers and paninis. We had no choice. Not even dessert (no popcorn, no glaçon rapé, no candy floss) or no sparkling water, no pearona, no appletiser or no grappetiser, as mentioned on the menu. I think they count the fries before they give it away. Very few fries as a service and was absolutely not crispy at all. Paninis were pre-made and just heat, shame ! After that we decided to do more activities but the 5D cinema was closed and did not mention when I asked. Time flies, I make sure I came when it opened and I make sure to leave a declared end, time mentioned on the web and in Messenger. This means that all attractions are closed at 4:30 pm and the park closes at 5:00 pm. We came with a lot of children and a baby. At 4:30 p.m., we stopped the activities and began to prepare. My sister was serving prenatal drinks for the infant. My parents were preparing the children for transportation. A security guard came and said it was time to go in front of my whole family. I was very upset. I take everything and I don’t even let my sister finish with the baby glass and we proceed to the exit. Once in the car park, before 5pm, we finish what we were doing. (drying children, changing clothes, finishing the baby drink, etc.) I was very, very, very angry. I remember paying for my tickets until 5pm, not 4:30am. Many acvities are closed. We came with a lot of money. Since December on tripadvisor, they said they could expand the menu. Whatever you write is useless. A Rowina will answer you, but she won’t be interested at all. When I read the comments, look at the date and look at the improvement. There is absolutely no change. The food grilled is also mentioned. So they lied to me. So, please. Don’t go there. I would like to be contacted to reimburse me. I had to apologize to my sister and my parents. I told them I didn’t know the service. I'd like them to wear a badge so I can report them, including this security. Better keep this close !!!

My daughter and I visited this place on the 1st June and wow what a memorable experience this really turned into. Following our Zip line activity (which truly was phenomenal the views were amazing) our experience was really disheartened by the fact we had issues with my daughters photos and would not have had a memory to capture to take back with us to share with family and friend. We would like to thank Neha and Didoux (photo desks staff) for turing this memory of our experience to a memory we would cherish and talk about forever. They were so understanding and truly so kind and the service they provided was outstanding. They both went above and beyond to provide us with extra memories and offered further options and suggestions of activities where we managed to capture moments to remeber. my daughter was made to feel like she was a VIP. Both Didoux's and Neha took there time out to ensure that we both were happy before we left the activity venue. Thank you for making our visit so special, you are both an asset to LA Vallees de Couleurs and you do an amazing job. Your friendly,caring service is delivered with a fantastic attitude,keep doing what you do, your amazing. Thank you for everything you did for us, it really was appreciated. We would mist definitely recommend the activities at LA Vallees de Couleurs there is so much on offer to all ages and the staff are really friendly and happy to help.

Such a huge place with so many informations! It could take the whole day for you to read and explore every corner of the sugar museum. We took the audio guide which is an app that you download via your phone. It leads you throught museum points explaining about Mauritius history, start od sugar production and impact on the social life. At the end od the tour you have a shop where you can taste whole bunch of different kinds of sugar and rum. Enjoy! P.S. it is a perfect activity to do when its a rainy day

Visited LCDC as part of a tour of the south west. Lots to take in on arrival but Shania explained it all and was really helpful. Had a lovely lunch in the restaurant by the Waterfall. Fab burger and sizzling platter. Well organised place with lots to do. Loved the ziplines and wished we’d done them all…!

A great parc for families! The activities are kids friendly. My 2 kids were able to do ziplining on their own for the first time! No security is compromised! The guides instructed us well and made sure the kids understood the guidelines. The driver and guide were very friendly. My kids really enjoyed themselves!

Driver was on time and very friend. Car was clean inside and out. The driver was very knowledgeable about his local area and the country he lives in.

I visited this domaine in order to see the vanilla growing process plus other plants growing incl the rum story And rum testing ; the entrance ticket in the Domaine shop cost 650 mru/ person ; it was supposed to be min 1 hour experience ! It was not clearly explained where we should go and meet with my wife our English/ or German speaking guide . Finally we found the next shop like room where we could see on our own the vanilla film . Then a young lady pretended to tell some thing about vanilla process but it was hardly understanble and very short , then we were told to go on our own through their plants field to the restaurant nearby ( what for ???) , we went there , got inside got outside and even found the nearby rum room ! And thiseas all maybe taking all 20 minutes , without anybody later on taken care of us ; so we just went away having paid for this experience 1300 MRU , not knowing more then we knew before , Nothing planned , no information given pure chaos ! Avoid this place as far as possible , maybe they have potential , maybe they are great producer , but organizationally they should learn starting at the basics Pawel and Margarete from Poland

Such a fun day. Lots to see and do on the estate, starting with a look at sugar growing, then on to a small animal area, with the happiest looking tortoises we saw on our mega trip around the Indian Ocean and Africa. After that there was a really interesting sector devoted to vanilla production, then anthuriums and on to spice growing. Finally...rum production with our fantastic guide, Christabelle (? Apologies if I've remembered that wrong). We tasted most of the rums they make on site, before having the opportunity to build our own rum blend with fresh fruits and spices, which was bottled and sealed up for us to take home. It's still maturing so no idea what it's going to be like, though it will bring back excellent memories of a really happy day out. Oh, and lunch at the onsite restaurant was delicious too - with rum punch included 🍹
