We used this service to get us from the port to an airport hotel. The driver was on time and courteous. The car was clean. We would definitely use them again.

We had an early flight in Rome after leaving our cruise. I wanted to make sure we made the flight so was willing to pay extra to get there on time. The driver arrived on time. Previous to that they had emailed me his name and picture. I was able to pay with a credit card. Excellent service. Driver didn't speak so not sure if he didn't speak English or was just quiet. Would have like some info about what we were seeing.

We used this company for private transfer from our hotel in Rome to the cruise port and it was a great service. We were going on a 10 day cruise and had a lot of luggage in our party and they handled everything flawlessly. We also used them for the trip back to Rome after the cruise. Both times the driver was on time and service was great. Would highly recommend!

We used the shared shuttle to go from our hotel in Rome to the Cruise port in Civitavecchia and then from Civitavecchia to the Airport (FCO). The driver was professional and on time. We arrived at both locations ahead of schedule.

We booked a shared shuttle with The Limo Shuttle company from our hotel in Rome City Centre to Civitavecchia, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. The shuttle arrived on time, and the 50-minute transfer was in a luxurious vehicle that got us to the port safely and with plenty of time to board our cruise. This is the second time we've used their service, and they never disappoint. Highly recommended!

Do not use them! They left us at the port and we were there 10 min. early. No response to whats app nor to email for over an hour. Had to get a cab and spent 2x more.

Our booking was made following the excellent reviews on Tripadvisor and we were not disappointed. I was impressed that no deposit was required and payment was not expected until the end of the journey. Communication was excellent with full details of the driver, his mobile number and vehicle details provided prior to disembarkation in Civitavecchia and he was waiting for us right outside the customs area. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the journey to Fiumicino airport was smooth and took around 50 minutes. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending and using The Limo Shuttle again.

Massimiliano Volpe was excellent. It really was from Rome airport to Chivitevechia port. He Communicated with me the whole time. Waited for us to go through customs and the long wait for our luggage. Was understanding, courteous, friendly, professional, easy to find and punctual. I recommend 100%.

We hired the Limo Shuttle to take us to the port for our cruise and back. Going to the port the driver did a great job, showed up on time, and was very pleasant. The ride back though to the hotel he drove extremely fast, on top of cars, and it was not a very comfortable experience as a family with young children. My son was crying for part of the ride as he was overtired, but the driver should be used to different situations. We don’t feel comfortable to use this service again.

This service was reasonably priced and highly recommended. The driver’s name, license, and make of car were communicated via email, as well as his cell number. We were able to let him know that we disembarked our cruise early, and he made every effort to come 45 minutes early! The car was very nice, clean, and spacious. Our driver was safe, polite, and very kind. We were very pleased!

He checked in with us the day of ur pick up rom the Cruise. ship. eace of. mind that we had ride to our hotel Destination in the city of Fiumicino. We did communicate in the APP called WhatsApp as we had agreed before booking this pickup. HE carried all 7 bags with backpacks. drove smoothly along the highway. Made two hotel stops, with close proximity. being there. was two families. Unloaded our. luggage and gave us. some recommendations for dinners and explorations. Paid the driver in the end.. Awesome to get off your Cruise ship and have a professional driver waiting for you with your name on a sign and just jump right in. Easy and stress free. So worth it not having to try to fight the crowds for a taxi or trying to drag bags thru the train station

We used this service twice while visiting Rome. Communications were quick and precise. We were informed as to exactly who would pick us up, when and where. We even had our driver's photo. Both Massimilione and Giovanni (our drivers) were prompt, courteous and skilled at navigating the Roman traffic. In each case, no payment was expected until after our trip was complete and satisfactory. The vehicles were roomy and clean. On our next visit I will not look elsewhere for transfer services.
