In using the words * book any 2 tours and receive your 3rd tour of lesser value * We booked Tamborine, Brisbane and Springbook with the tour group. They started changing the time and date of travel 2 times (Springbook, Tamborine, the worst is Brisbane. The date and time we could not extend the rental) changed the travel plan that was booked according to the company's rules until the customer had to give in and made it difficult because the hotel rental had to be continued. It is impossible because the travel schedule is in the future of the customer. It is a business that shows unreliability to foreign customers. I do not recommend using the service because they used the little time of the customers to negotiate until we could not change the date and time. It was a waste of money (but I have to give credit to the tour guide Sonya. She did her job very well). I do not recommend it. Thank you.🥺☹️

I don't know what the tours are like, but their service was atrocious. Just like the other reviewer mentioned. First they asked me to cancel on tripadvisor, and then asked me to make a reservation on their own site. I did so and boy do I regret that. They canceled our tour 48 hours before schedule, didn't even say they were sorry. I asked for a refund repeatedly, but they tried to put me on another tour, and then in the end didn't even give me a full refund. They told me 5 percent would be store credit or whatever.

We had a great day out on Tambourine Mountain. Beautiful sky walk. Enjoyed the walk to Curtis Falls with our guide Barry who was very knowledgeable. Nice stop at the shops (lots of quirky little shops to browse) had a quick lunch & travelled back. Barry gave a good commentary along the way. All in all very pleasant day out

I booked this trip and the tour operator contacted me privately that I should cancel my booking and book directly on their page. If I do so, I get 20% discount. I don't like such a scamming. I lost time with this operation. Tripadvisor is not about fake actions like this. I have the proof of their email, if somebody doesn't believe me.

Totally worth it! Sanja is a good guide and we saw a lot of insects and frogs also glow worm that night, though I can’t capture the wonderful scene by my phone

A slightly hairy, yet incredible trip. It was a bit tough for the children (I checked with the tour before that it was suitable for them) but a great memory and experience. We saw glow worms, the waterfall, a possum, lizards, frogs, giant crickets, glowing fungi, giant snails… it was pretty amazing. The tour guide was super knowledgeable and full of interesting facts about the animals and the region.

This was a fantastic tour! I loved it. The scenery, wildlife and commentary were all wonderful. Bonus, I saw kangaroo in the wild and met some wonderful people too. Lunch stop was good and the food tasty!

Wonderful day. Our guide Barry was very knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor and helped the group really get to know one another. Lunch (though not included in the price of the tour) was delicious. The scenery in the national park is gorgeous and we even saw a fair amount of wildlife.

Waste of time money! In total - 2 hours round trip on a bus, a 30 minute stop at a petrol station to buy your own dinner (its not included in the over the top cost) 20 minute walk through a forest, 5 mins looking at glow worms - stock some fairy lights on a rock at home.....same same but differant. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone, save your time and money and thank me later. Pic included for referance - enjoy

A good trip. Some pretty scenery (even if most of the waterfalls were virtually dry to a lack of rain). Some more walking would have been good. Quite a small bus, so not too many people, which was good. The bus arrived late, but the driver was very keen to finish the day on time, which seemed somewhat unreasonable. Lunch was at a quaint country cottage style cafe (cost not included. Overall a good day out.

Sanya was a lovely tour guide. She seemed very knowledgeable and was very friendly and funny. She did not only showed us Mt Tambourine but also gave us a small tour in the city.

We had a great time. If you want an interesting, and informative tour, go with this group. Sonya was a terrific guide, could have spent longer in bush, was so peaceful.

Excellent treetop walk, and Curtis Falls is certainly worth the short walk to view. Our driver was fun and friendly. Overall, it was an enjoyable day.

Excellent day out. Great way to experience the waterfalls and enjoy the walks to get to each. Amazing views, fun friendly staff eager to assist and advise along the way.
