Found this experience at the dock, where we met a lovely lady who was very helpful. We booked our experience for the next day. We were not to be disappointed, it was a lovely experience from start to finish. Staff extremely helpful and kind, and approachable. The boat was lovely and enough space for everyone, they do not overfill the boat so it was very comfortable. Really enjoyed the trip, we saw whales (and a baby one!), dolphins and a turtle! We also got out to swim which was so nice! Everything was very professionally done and safe, we really enjoyed our experience as a family. Would highly recommend if your in Tenerife!

We have been on the Travelin’ lady twice now. Once in October 2019 and then again recently August 2024. Both times we have LOVED it. Angie M is wonderful….so friendly to chat and book with. Spoke to the kids and explained to them what the boat is like and what we hope to see. She was patient and polite to my daughter who had loads of questions! The crew on board were brilliant!! They are all very enthusiastic about what we saw and very environmentally friendly in regards to distance to the whales and dolphins, noise etc. They were very informative and even ensured my daughter could see amongst the adults so she didn’t miss out. Back in October we didn’t swim but they let my son sit and help steer the boat and spoke with him about the controls etc. when we went recently my daughter wanted to jump off to swim but was abit cautious…the staff were really friendly and reassured her about it and cheered her on when she jumped! When we got back on land Angie shouted over to us to see if we enjoyed it and asked my daughter about what she saw! Overall a great experience and will 100% be using them again when we come back!

The boat was not a tour, it was just bad navigation. A lot of people on the boat was felt bad for the waves. We tried a lot of boats but this was the worst..

Due to unforeseen circumstances we could not attend are trip so we tried to call them, with no avail 8 calls no answer when they did finally answer was told she was not ment to answer the phone and we needed to call another number. which there was no other number we could find and was told she would call us back and we never received a call back.As a family of 5 and paying £70 for one trip was a lot for us we were very disappointed with the over all customer service and would not recommend this company at all.

The 2 guys were really nice and funny! They made the tour worthy! good vibes! They were dancing, playing music and making sure we are good! I highly recommend it! Gracias chicos!

Very friendly crew, great views, met a dolphin pack, had a swim in the ocean! Definetely recommend, great for family and solo trip!

Worst experience of my life , the weather was terrible , this should have been cancelled but no , they went out and offered another trip but no refund , thought the boat was going to overturn , rocked back and forward for two hours

Booked onto the 3pm cruise. The boat left at 2.55pm so we had to wait until 5pm for the next journey. We didn’t see any whales or dolphins unfortunately. The trip seems to have been cut short by about 45 minutes. There was no opportunity to swim in the sea. I got some seasickness tablets from the local pharmacy to preempt any nausea. Worked a treat so definitely reccommend those if you are seasick. The crew were lovely and friendly. We didn’t catch any commentary though, not sure if this was said in Spanish. A disappointing trip in all honesty but I suppose you can’t control nature

Nice trip - we managed to see some whales and the crew were nice and helpful. Very relaxing day out. Some brave souls went swimming as well!

Not able to get very close and even though we did see whales this was ruined by the poor sailing of the boat broadside to the waves most of the time. Could have sailed it better myself

Nothing but leaping dolphins and relaxing views, amazing seeing these creatures such as whales and turtles also great experience!

Very pleasant boat trip with friendly and skilled crew. We didn't see any whales on our trip and were offered to come back another day. This is customer excellence! Even the other day we only spotted some dolphins, but still happy.

Great experience, unfortunately my daughter got seasick but the staff was very good in dealing with her. Very friendly and informative crew, got some great pictures. Second time on this trip, will definitely be back next time.

Myself and family had a lovely time, staff were friendly and nothing was too much for them. We all had a lovely time, even with the sea being rather choppy. We got to see Pilot whales and turtle.
