My family and I enjoyed the trip very much, the views are spectacular! After going far out to see the whales we came back to see turtles, we only saw two or three but we still got very close. The snacks they offer are a bit limited but still enjoyable and worth the money. After our tour of the Atlantic we got to jump off the boat and have a little swim! All in all, truly an amazing experience loved it so much and would definitely recommend!

We seen a family of pilot whales, a hammerhead shark & a massive turtle on our 2 hr trip. It was 25€ per adult and I would recommend it. The boat was immaculately clean would definitely do this trip again. I went with this company as it states it doesn’t chase the animals & they we’re definitely true to there word we were a safe distance from the animals allowing them to remain relaxed the environment around them

The boat had just the right amount of people compared to the others we saw that looked overcrowded & we also had shade when some of the other boats didn't! They sold snacks & drinks on board if you forgot to bring something with you. Daniela explained everything in several languages & we were able to see a pod of pilot whales & a very quick peek at a dolphin! We stopped off for a swim before heading back. We enjoyed our time onboard & we highly recommend going on this trip!

Obviously it is down to chance what you see, we were lucky enough to see short fin pilot whales and Atlantic spotted dolphins. The pilot whales are most likely to be seen. 2 hours was long enough for us. If you don’t do well on boats they give out sick bags and make sure to ask everyone if they’re okay. They make you feel very welcome, it was very informative as well in multiple different languages, so it’s also inclusive. I believe it’s also great for all ages and reasonably priced. We would 100% do it again.

Recommend you take your swimming costume as they stop in a sheltered cove on the way back to the cove for a swim. The sea is warmer than your hotel pool so don't be afraid Throughly recommend this trip, the staff on this excursion are amazing and really added to the experience of seeing the whales Well worth the money

Carlos is a friendly guy and can tell a lot about them if you are interested. We saw spottet dolphins and a pilot whale; wonderfull to see. Quite an experience!

We booked a trip with these guys to go out to see whales -dolphins when we arrived in Los Cristianos.
On booking we were asked to leave a mobile number for contact in case there were any potential problems, which we did.
We were advised to arrive 15 minutes prior to setting off but on the day actually arrived 30 mins before sail time .
As time went on, nobody came to meet us.
Gradually more people arrived but as it turned out, they were booked onto another boat.
Sailing time was 1pm however we were still stood waiting nearly 30 minutes later along with other customers.
We then found out from a crew member from another boat that, the crew for our trip had actually gone home. They had made a decision not to sail.
We understand that sometimes trips will be called off but what disappointed us was not one person from the company contacted us or came to say sorry this has been cancelled .
We did get a refund after working out ourselves how to do this but the communication could have been better to customers that were left disappointed

We sincerely apologize for the service you claim to have received. Upon your comment we realize that we are not perfect, and your comment helps us to continue improving We apologize for not having notified you in time. We, as we use viator as a means of communication with you, who contacted you 2 hours before the trip to inform you of our cancellation and refund the money. we thank our supplier for the speed of your refund. the weather in the Canary Islands changes a lot in winter and that due to circumstances the cancellation notice did not arrive on time.

We were very happy with the cruise overall. The guides were very open and honest about the low chances of seeing animals because of the weather, but since we wanted to go anyway, they stuck to the schedule and were very punctual. Luckily and unexpectedly, we saw several pilot whales who swam alongside the yacht and jumped up a few times, which was a real joy. What a magical experience, witnessing them in their natural environment. Cristian, the guide, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and provided us with a lot of interesting information thorough the cruise, while ensuring we were all safe given the rough sea conditions. Thank you for a wonderful day!

The guide was great, helped us to see the pilot whales quickly and identified a jelly fish. People had opportunity to swim if they wish.
Worth a trip and the time that we went 1st Feb wasn’t cold, in fact weather was perfect and sunny, calm seas.

Read poor reviews of other boat trips but overheard someone in cafe saying this was great. Most of the other tours were for three hours, I was a little concerned about being on the boat for that long if I felt sick so decided two hours was enough for us. Indeed it was choppy, but it is the sea and that’s the compromise you have to make if you want to see mammals in nature!
The staff were friendly and bilingual, although was difficult to understand what they were saying even when they tried to speak English, but we got the gist as they pointed to the dolphins and whales so there wasn’t anything else that we needed to know. They handed out sick bags which were used by at least five or six passengers. My daughter and I took seasick tablets just before we got on this was a good investment. The weather was glorious we got to see whales and dolphins and have a sea swim from the boat all for £23.
But sea is VERY choppy.

We were booked as a family of three but only two ended up going as my son had an upset tummy and couldn’t make the journey. A little disappointing to still have to pay full price but I suppose it can’t be helped as less than 24hr notice.
It was a great trip though, we thoroughly enjoyed seeing a few Dolphins and mostly Pilot Whales and my personal highlight was mummy and baby swimming along side the boat.
Upon spotting the whales the Captain changed direction and slowed the engine and slowly steered in their direction though not close enough to scare them. He did ask that we remain relatively quiet so as not to scare them but you always get the ones screeching!
It was a great trip though, we thoroughly enjoyed seeing a few Dolphins and mostly Pilot Whales and my personal highlight was mummy and baby swimming along side the boat.

We thoroughly enjoyed this trip, saw pilot whales, dolphins and sea turtles. Outstanding value for a 2 hour trip, they managed to squeeze in an opportunity to swim off the back of the boat. Friendly and compotent crew.

Seen some short fin pilot whales. Great experience and well.worth the price of admission. The crew were amazing, especially woth one of my kids who was feeling sea sick (not the boat she is just like that) cannot recommend enough. Would 100% do it again.

We went for a 2 hour whale watching trip at 11am. The boat was spacious and had more than enough seats for everyone to sit down. There were approximately 30 people on board with an upper deck and a lower deck. We sat on the lower deck. Very friendly welcome and very easy to find. Hand sanitizer was requested upon entry. Smoking was allowed at the rear of the boat. We saw baby pilot whales and short finned pilot whales, There was commentary explaining what species we could see etc. At one point we briefly stopped so they could retrieve a plastic bag from the sea - everyone cheered! All in all a really lovely way to spend a couple of hours, definitely recommend!

Watched the group of Wales, the crew were friendly and informative.
Value for money, Booked via Trip Advisor, Two hours in Atlantic ocean for less than 25 Euros per person. Value for money.
Car Parking just near the pickup point. Was able to view one big sea turtle and a Dolphin on the way back to the port.
They allowed to switch in the ocean for few minutes, our kids jumped into the ocean, felt little cold inside the water.

Fabulous.
Our original trip was cancelled due to rough weather, we re booked for 2 days later.
We saw pods of Pilot whales and magnificent views, there was a chance to swim in the sea close to the harbour too, would thoroughly recommend this trip.

If your children don't suffer from motion sickness they would be ok, it's a relatively small boat and potentially unstable in even mild sea conditions.Definitely cheaper to book online where it is the cheapest boat trip around, but not necessarily the best. Don't expect to get very close to the whales or the dolphins if spotted at all, swim stop isn't actually far from beach, whole trip will be less than the 2 hours stated to allow for people getting off/on.
