Our transfer from hotel to airport was great. The driver arrived early and was so attentive with our baggages. When we arrived at the airport he even got us trolleys.

The company organized a good trip. All security measures were taken into account. Service professional The driver had water in the cabin and we were accommodated comfortably.

TERRIBLE! Plenty cars and vans available at terminal for half the cost. Reason I know this is this company charged me and didn’t provide any service. Got same vehicle and transport at airport after this company bailed on me after flight changed. Your company refused to give services said they are booked up. So they charge, canceled services, didn’t supply any service. They state driver “did his job” and needs to be paid. So they operate not a a company with service, rather a booking service that charges for taking the reservation. Let’s be real this driver even if they had been at airport saved two hours abs got paid while likely having taken another customer since they were too busy to even offer me a ride at all from airport and would not even consider giving me ride back to airport upon departure either. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Have all the emails and texts. They gave me sob story of how driver needs the money… Must need the money so bad they basically steal telling me I need to get refund from airline and since I did not give them 24 notice their cancellation policies don’t apply- YET THEY CANCELLED ON ME ! Unreal Do not overpay for ride and HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!
