it's a very bad company, we paid for an all-inclusive activity and in the end we got nothing for everything we paid for. I am very disappointed

It was not good , 1. They picked us up 30 minuts to late, 2. Boat to gilli was old wooden boat with 30x30cm glass bottom with water in it so nothing to see. No water bottle as promissed, we booked a 4hour tour and after 3x snorkeling times about 1.5 hour it was enough and brought us to gilli tranwangan beach were we were dropped at bechbar. We stayed there about 1 hour an then we have enough and asked to bring us back. Dont go with this company. Poor

We had so much fun!! The tour guide, madenus, feel so comfy and welcomed so much more entertaining!!! We thoroughly recommend.

Captain and snorkeling guide were fantastic, the photos the guide took made the memory complete, and no expectation of payment/tip. Recommend going early morning at high tide and when the crowds are small. Spent hours swimming with some beautiful turtles and such colourful schools of fish.

To start with the location was central to the beach making it easy to access the boat. The captain and the guide were early therefore we were able to start earlier. They knew the great spots where turtles would be and where lots of fish would be around coral and were very helpful with sorting equipment and making sure it was ok. The guides also took plenty of videos and pictures to make it even more memorable. After all of the snorkelling, the guides took us to see baby turtles at the sanctuary and got us a great table for some food at a local restaurant on Gili meno.

Amazing guides super fun and the reef is so colorful and the turtles are so cute. It is a great activity for the family. Would do it again

Communication with the actual tour provider was excellent and responsive. The two guides were very good, flexible, water and location knowledgable and took great GoPro shots. Fabulous food at the lunch spot on Gili Meno. Not the guys fault (the owner is accountable for ensuring boat safety) when I requested to see the life jackets before departure only one was viable. The other was shredded with no clips. I requested they find a workable vest to which they did. Other than that, everything was fabulous!

We had such a nice experience, we saw so many turtles and our guides were so nice. We would do it again. Thank you for the nice trip.

Very nice, well organized trip! Very nice staff. We saw many turtles and many fish and even did get pictures with a go-pro for free! Would definitely recommend! :)

Good: the crew, the boat and the drop locations were fantastic! The crew was very friendly and helpful. The snorkel destinations were awesome (except for one jellyfish-filled location, which was remedied immediately). Had one of the best lunches at Gili Air. Fun, fun, fun experience. Bad: three things: too many people, too many people and too many people! The snorkel locations were so crowded - we counted up to 18 snorkel boats in one tiny area. All the snorkelers were mostly beginners, so we experienced a lot of people grabbing and climbing onto us; kicking and pulling on our snorkel gear. Too many people.

The view was amazing, we took a lot of pictures. And the guide was very kind and patient. Horses are calm and friendly. I recommend

We did a half day private snorkeling tour around the Gili Islands and booked through this company. The boat was ready and waiting for us at the time we booked, and we had the best day snorkeling in 4 different spots where we saw coral, turtles, underwater statues and even a ship wreck. The Captain took us around the three islands and we had lots of laughs along the way. A fantastic experience. A must-do when you visit these islands. The morning is the best for sure. Highly recommend this company and we will use them again.

This was our second trip to the Gilis and it was even better than the first. We were referred to a guy named Bob from this company who arranged everything that we wanted to do, from our transfers from Bali to Gili T right through to sunset horse riding and the highlight of our trip, a half day 3 islands snorkeling trip. We saw so many turtles and also the amazing underwater statues. We did all our own bookings on the first trip and it really ate into our time in Bali, trying to organise everything for a group. Thanks Bob. You’re the best.

Terrific experience. Absolutely beautiful. I’ve been wanting to do this for years even though I’m a little scared of horses. I was led along the beach by a lovely guide who made me feel very safe. Booking was seamless through this company - I’ve used them before and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them highly. Thanks so much.
