We enjoyed our guide and this tour, very informative short and to the point. My only recommendation is having a larger car for 6 adults it was a bit tight with 2 large 6’2 men and having to jump in the 3 rd seat in the back for others was a bit challenging and uncomfortable. Besides that we enjoyed it very much . Thanks

A long day. Howver, our guide Felippe(sp?) and our driver Luis were excellent. Many stops to take photos, bathroom and refreshment breaks. Our guide was very knowledgeable of the history, the wildlife, the flowers, the geology. Private tour meant private-4 friends booked and thats all that went. Worth the money and the time.

I had the best time on my hike and tour around the city! The hike wasn’t too difficult and the views were amazing! My guide Nicholas spoke very good English…he had a lot of information to share and was great to speak with. Because I came during the winter, I think I got a much different and snow filled experience that other travelers do not. I highly recommend this tour!

My husband and I arranged an overnight (stay in the park) tour of Torres del Paine for our short stopover on a cruise ship in Puerto Natales. We were met by guide Vicenzo and Driver Luis at the cruise dock and spirited away to paradise. Stops at majestic lookouts of the triple spires and the mountainous glacial ranges followed. Vicenzo was both knowledgeable and engaging and it took less than an hour to feel like family. Nothing was too much trouble, he took the time to imbed history and custom into our tour and helped us identify wildlife along the way. Our drivers Luis and Juan also had 'Eagle' eyes 👀 spotting hard to see wildlife. Our docking times changed at the last minute and Tours Punta Arenas were able to shift our itinerary around to maximise the hightlughta of the park. Sunsets and Sunrises, we would highly recommend this tour agency in the region. WOW - Darwin AUSTRALIA

AVOID THIS COMPANY - Not a tour company just a broker that books you with a real tour company. No physical mail address and conducted business via WhatsApp only (missed those red flags). I sent my desired itinerary to them with 12/29/23 selected for this tour, paid the fees through a third party app and they sent me a confirmation back. I did not notice that the company had changed the date of the tour to 12/30 without my approval until 12/28/23. No refund was given and Veronica was very rude in her communications. The other tour I took with them (Torres del Paine) we were the last family in the hotel lobby in the morning and I had to WhatsApp to see what was going on. A tour bus had to come back to the hotel (they had left about ten minutes prior) and explained that we were not on their roster and came back for us as a late add.

The tour was breathtaking, our guide and driver were really good. Traveling with kids was made so easy even in the tough conditions, guide was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

My wife and I explored the Magellan forest and had a great time. The views were amazing and the hike was a very nice way to be outdoors without being to extreme. Our guide Nicholas spoke great English and was incredibly helpful at answering questions and providing insights into the history of punta arenas and the surrounding area. At the top had panoramic views of the surrounding area for 80+ kilometers.

Everything we got to see on this tour was very pretty. We were only in Punta Arenas for a short amount of time and were happy to have been able to see a few things around the town. Perfect if you’re looking for something to do during the day but not spend your entire day out!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Our guide Kathy was able to accommodate for both Spanish and English speakers. We saw incredible views at multiple locations, had fantastic photo opportunities and learnt an incredible amount of knowledge about the history and topography of the region from Kathy. 5! What a day! Alex and Cathy were amazing - kept us on schedule but with ease, which allowed us extra time for a special surprise to the a further waterfall. So much fun and absolutely gorgeous trip to this wonder of the world!

Nico was amazing. He has so much knowledge of the area and may as well be considered to be an encyclopedia. He has a passion for music too which made the car rides fun!

We had a really good day! The Patagonia was beautiful. Our driver Fabian was fantastic. He drove in some really rough weather! Eduardo was very nice- however he memorized what he needed to say so he spoke really fast and it was sometimes difficult to understand. We wished he told us more folklores and stories. He just gave us facts about things. He often went back to the car- so we had to take selfies instead of our guide being a part of the experience. He also didn’t let us know that the first stop for a break was our only chance to get something to eat. We survived on candy bars. We also didn’t know we needed to pay for the cave entrance. It was a really expensive day considering- tickets and lunch were not included- and the things we learned weren’t super interesting. However in wouldn’t have missed the scenery. We read many reviews were Eduardo was great- so maybe he was having an off day.

From the beginning everything was perfect. The driver was amazing and the tour guide was friendly, helpful and spoke many languages. We had a great day and it was possible to appreciate the full beauty of Torres del Paine and the surrounding areas.

It was an amazing experience! We even got the chance to see whales!! Something that is very uncommon at Fuerte Bulnes. The service, kindness and dedication of Veronica and her team is incredible! 100% recommend Tour Punta Arenas and all the tour services that they provide! The tour guide was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! If you're looking to do tours in Punta Arenas and its surroundings I highly recommend this tour company. We did three tours with them and we have nothing but positive experiences with them and their service which included transport from and to the airport!
