About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- stephaniedL5710QP0 contributionsAwesome!!!!This was a blast!! I felt very safe the whole time and enjoyed every moment. The mango shakes from the coffee shop are amazing too, def a must try!!Written 10 January 2025
- Bloxy710 contributionsGreat fun, stunning viewsGreat fun if you’re not scared of heights, 10 zip lines of various lengths spread across a jungle area with chill out cafe. Thai guys working the groups are engaging and good fun and it feels professional and safe. Afterwards you can take a drink in the cafe, chill and take in the stunning views or take a walk down to the waterfall for some pictures. Only critique I have is the walkway down to the waterfalls are a little tricky and people take there plastic drinks down and tend to leave them laying about as there are no bins provided!!!, I’m sure they are collected after the tourists go but it’s easily rectified as it’s very unsightly and definitely not eco friendly. Otherwise an excellent couple of hours entertainment.Written 9 January 2025
- Mobile651369585600 contributionsTrip with no professionnal guide !I was really looking forward to this excursion. Lets start by the positive points. The driver was amazing, the différents sites we visited were fabulous too. Then the big désappointment came from the guide who did not do his job. He gave us almost no information concerning the sites we visited. We saw other groups with a real professionnal guide who was describing every site visited but not ours. Then the lunch was average. During the trip we had to ask for water otherwise i dont think we would have had any. No fruits either. I do not recommande this tour!Written 9 January 2025
- P2197QKmattj0 contributionsGreat staff but the kayaks we were given sank, TWICE! But other than that it was a good day?!We had two of the kayaks we were on sink. Literally. We had to put our son on a different kayak and a staff member gave us his. That kayak then took on water and sank. It was a really unfortunate experience on an otherwise great day. My wife and son were quite upset by the fact we capsized in the middle of the ocean. The team worked their asses off and everything else was great, but sending out a family on a faulty kayak is pretty unforgivable, and then having the second one sink as well is negligence. Too bad as it was an otherwise amazing experience.Written 3 January 2025
- Wisey30a0 contributionsAvoid this company Oh Hoo Travel they are a bad experienceWe were told we could be picked up and when I gave our villa address they refused us told us to make our way to the other side of the island for 8 am . This was an hours drive away only to be sat waiting for 2 hours to find out that the boat was traveling from a meeting point just minutes from our villa . We then had to leave our car and be transported an hour back to where we came from to where everyone els was letting at 10 am. When we arrived we were late and the boat was packed like sardines. To say the least it was a terrible experience and when it was all over we had an hours transportation back only to dive back to where the boat dropped us off .Written 2 January 2025
- kgoncharuk0 contributionsQuite a tourist trapThis is more a review of the Pig Island itself rather than the tour operator. The tour was organized well, but Pig Island is quite a tourist trap. Pigs are adorable, but you are dropped on that island for a couple of hours and after petting pigs for 15-30 mins there is not much else to do. You can "hike" (15-minute walk) to another side of the island to observe towers of plastic rubbish or chill on the beach, that's it. It takes more time to get to the boat from the hotel and sail to the island than actually the experience itself. So I would not recommend going.Written 2 January 2025
- ckm1230 contributionsEXCELLENT cooking classEXCELLENT cooking class with a very nice host who was attentive and made sure we had what we needed to get an amazing experience. The variety of dishes was excellent and we (family of 4) were able to pick 3 dishes each before the class started. The host reached out to us 2 days prior and sent us a list of 8-9 choices and each of our family members was able to pick 3 custom dishes they wanted to make. Everyone had their own cooking station and the entire class was at the host's home. We routinely take cooking classes everywhere we travel and this was probably our 12th or 13th class. This ranked up in the top 3 for sure and since some of our family members were vegetarian, the host was able to easily accommodate this request. She was also in tune with not using fish sauce for the vegetarians. I hightly recommend this class to anyone visiting Koh Samui and wanting to learn the way locals cook their meals.Written 2 January 2025

- Nomad133444729690 contributions10/10Me and my dad visited the zip line and we could not say one bad thing about the place really enjoyed our trip. The two guides were great ! really friendly, fun and outgoing! They took photos and videos for us completely free of charge. Zip lines were really fun and had great views. We didn’t get a transfer and made our own way there for that they reduced the ticket price for us. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be returning next time we are in samui !!Written 1 January 2025
- umarm6090 contributionsBeautiful Place for ZipliningWhat a beautiful setting in the middle of a rainforest! The folks there worked like clock work and kept safety top of mind! They even took videos of everyone in our group while on the zipline. Also kept special care of the kids. The only gripe, once done, the wait to get back to the hotel was really long and no accurate time was given. Whenever asked it was 10 minutes. We were supposed to wait for only 20 minutes which turned out to be 1 hour and 40 minutes.Written 1 January 2025
- 115seant0 contributionsGreat experienceGreat experience, although the bus was late by an hour and 15 minutes picking us up. We drove into the forest and swapped into a pickup truck which took us up the mountain to the trees and the venue. We were fitted with the harness and helmet and gloves, then our guides took us up to the first zip line, they settled any nerves by joking with us and we were fastened into the lines with ease and told to step off and enjoy the rides. There were 8 zip lines in total some with spectacular views of the forest and some of the coastline. Would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of doing the experience. The only down side was I kept on bumping my head on the brake blocks but as I was wearing the helmet I didnt really feel it.Written 27 December 2024
- Fabio C0 contributionsUnexpressed potentialWe were so excited to join this trip due the unique design and features of the floating bar. We enjoyed the view despite the weather was mostly cloudy during the 2 stops (Koh Tean and Koh Madsum). Fun idea to provide customers with banana boat, jet ski and inflatable mattress options, even tho they are not included in the fare and dont exactly come cheap. The crew was amazing, very helpful, kind and available; if it wasn't for them I would have given a lower score to this review. Among the letdowns, there was no actual DJ (but there was a music playlist), unlike how it was promised in the description and this perhaps contributed to a slightly too mild atmosphere, thus nobody really danced or let it all out. Another possible reason for the lack of sparks was the large number of Korean tourists joining the tour. When we first saw them, we were wondering if they would have had BlackPink-like vibes or BTS-like energy but despite our high expectations we have never seen any single one of them smiling or laughing in 7 hours, all we could see them doing was sleeping. Definitely not the tour-operator's fault, just a party-crushing bad luck of us. The bar accepts only cash and I wish we were informed about this in advance. Luckily we had some cash with us and we managed to make more than one order but we also refrained from spending like we would have liked to, to be sure we didn't ran out of money. The food was ok, not much choice and a bit surprisingly: no seafood. Somehow this tour leaves us with the day-dreaming illusion that such a marvelous ocean sailing vessel was destined to much more than this.Written 24 December 2024
- Cindy C0 contributionsFamily zip liningLoved their ziplines. Two staff members accompanied us (4 adults) on the tour. They were very attentive the entire time .Written 23 December 2024
- Asdis C0 contributions10 out of 10This was an amazing experience. The staff was so nice and professional. Felt save the whole ride and the guides were so fun. Beautiful surroundings and so much fun. I give them 10 out of 10.Written 20 December 2024
- C6800NMpaulk0 contributionsPlease think twice before booking! We had specifically booked this tour because of the dolphins. After a brief search, the captain of the boat quickly gave up and moved on to the next activity, which was a simple Thai buffet on a coarse pebble beach. After the meal, we went to the snorkeling spot, but there was absolutely nothing to see in the very murky water, and there was mold on the diving mask and snorkel. Finally, at the last stop, Pig Beach, there were 10 pigs roaming around with 40 tourists crowding them, which wasn’t very well-managed in terms of the crowd.Written 19 December 2024
