I went to Orchha for a trip to just relax. Travel Bureau ensured it was just that - no tensions/irritants at all. Managed my transfer from Jansi to Orchha and back smoothly and got me a great hotel option

Last month I went to Orchha and took services from travel bureau the services extended were outstanding I recommend all to use the services. The staff was very good and courteous.

I hired their service for two trip, one was mostly in MP ujjain-omkareshwar-indore and second was mostly in UP. Orcha-varanasi-ayodhya. Both trips were timed and planned nicely and the car quality for a big family was also exceptional! However, i would like to share that the drivers for both trips were not very flexible and at times it almost felt like i was following their orders for an itenrary I had planned and paid for. This coud be improved by training drivers to understand customer service and being more customer centric. On the other hand i do understand that there are constraints in terms of parking and acess in most popular tourist/ religious places but there could have been better communication and intent to serve as i had elderly members who could not walk long distances and were relying on the drivers to drop and pick as close as possible to the spots of interest. Secondly, i had to hire local e- rickshaws wherever car acess was not given. I am not blaming the driver or the agency for this but this could be improved by communicating and better organizing or planning ahead for me to utilise my time better during the trip. Overall, my rating is as below Car - 5/5 Hotels -5/5 Planning - 3/5 Drivers -2/5 (lack of intent to explore local areas and recommend local spots) Thank you, Parth

I highly recommend this taxi service! We used them for two trips - Jaipur to Agra and Agra to Khajuraho via Orchha. Both rides were excellent. The driver was always on time, got us to our destinations safely and efficiently, and the car was clean and comfortable. We also had easy communication via email and WhatsApp with Sanjeev, who organized both trips for us. He was very helpful and responsive, which made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free. Easy online payment via Stripe. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We hired a cab service from Travel Bureau, it was clean, ac was working great. They reached our hotel before time and then we went for a half day Orcha and JhansiTrip with a justified cost. Owner Sanjeev also arranged one guide for us. The guide Sanjay was knowledgeable and have a friendly behavior. I am happy with the service and payment for the same. Will definitely recommend it to others.

The great experience trip with Travel bureau jhansi. Orchha and jhansi fort is wonderful. We visited Jahangir mahal or Ram raja temple.
