Great experience! It was my first time kayaking and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Tour guides were lovely and super helpful. Would recommend!

So it was good, and i dud enjoy myself ovetall, but they need to put a disability disclaimer on. I suffered, 3 hours rowing, is something that needs to be clear. I've arthritis and fibromyalgia, and if I knew it would be that long. I would have never gone. But I was going by get your guide summary, which didn't not specify its 3 hours rowing. I strongly recommend anybody who's got a chronic illness, abortion mission. For the record, im quite fit and lift weights, so be very careful guys, it's not for the feeble. Otherwise, the staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and went out of their way supporting us. So nothing against them, but whoever deals with marketing, needs to really make this clear, to 3rd party resellers. As we purchased on get your guide, and it was not clear there.

An amazing and informative experience, feeling safe and well taken care of we explored a big part of the archipelago. Our guide Terese was super nice and helpful keeping up a comfortable pace for everyone. Even if you are not an experienced kayaker this company will make you feel ready to paddle with confidence from the beginning. Gear was well maintained the location and nature just beautiful! Traditional Swedish fika takes place during the tour and at the end.The sauna add on option is a must do, great experience and if you are brave enough after it you can dive in the water nearby to relax you muscles after a great kayaking day!

What an Experience! Max was the guide that helped us enjoy a very sunny and joyful morning in the islands near Vaxholm. It was a blessing from the start, good equipment and good explanation of the basic rules, Max was super chill and shared lots of knowledge along the route with fellow kayakers. The fika was also very good, warm tea and biscuits helped us refuel befor the last stretch. Super recommended!

Such a great experience. Rowan and his colleagues prepared us so well for the tour. You get all the gear you need so you dont end up freezing or wet. And then it's off to the races. We took a nice trip, adjusted to our groups level, we braved some waves and also had a nice small fika in between with tea and some cookies. Afterwards we enjoyed a bigger fika with coffee and tea and a big selection of pastries. The sauna afterwards was a great chance to relax and we could take a dip in the ice water in between rounds. All in all an absolute must if you have never done this kind of thing before. Highly recommended, easily accessible using public transport. Thank you guys!

Despite it being late November, we were absolutely sure about doing a canoeing tour to explore the Archipelago around Stockholm by ourselves. Our guides were super nice and we were incredibly lucky with the weather. After a wonderful Fika in the sun, we returned and even had the opportunity to test out our dry suits - a unique feeling. Beyond, the canoe center is easily reachable by public transport from Stockholm and the prices are more than fair for what is being offered

My 20 year old daughter thought I lost my marbles when I told her we were going to go winter kayaking in Sweden. Although it was cold, we had an amazing time. We wore our own leggings under our jeans, shirt and sweatshirt, and then the guide gave us a full dry suit, extra socks, gloves, etc so we were comfortable. The place was very easy to find on public transport from Stockholm — right off the bus stop. The guide, Max, was AMAZING! He was super funny, told great stories about the islands and surrounding area, and made sure he didn’t lose any of us. He also took photos which they sent us (for free). It was a great and unique way to see a different part of the greater Stockholm area.

I went with my friends for kayaking at the beginning of December 2024 and it was an amazing experience. The highlight was that we jumped into the water at the end of the kayaking. The stuff were very kind with us and helped us a lot with the instructions and the equipment.

The kayaking trip was the highlight of our trip to Stockholm. Max, our guide, was amazing & the day was so well planned. It was an extremely cold day but if you adhere to the list of what to bring + the equipment you’re loaned then you’ll be cosy & dry! The views were incredible & due to the time of year we got to experience sunset on the water. Our kayak trip finished with ‘fika’ & a chance to go in the extremely cold water & recover in the wood sauna. 10/10 experience & we’ll definitely be doing again if we return! Xxxx

Had a wonderful time on this kayaking trip. I haven’t had much experience kayaking - but that didn’t matter. Instructions were super clear and our guide made it easy to get into our equipment and out on the water. While paddling around the islands we were told stories of the land around us and saw amazing wildlife - deer, swans, eagles and even a seal. We even stopped for a Fika before continuing on our way.

Fabulous experience! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We kayaked approximately 8 km with a stop for Fika about 2/3 through. Be sure to book your sauna experience. We submerged ourselves in the Baltic Sea and warmed up in the wood burning sauna. It was wonderful. Max was a fantastic guide. It was very easy to get there on public transit!! And a visit to Vaxholm at the end of the day!

I rented a sea kayak from Skargardens Kanotcenter for a daytrip around the archipelago this summer in July, and it was such a seamless experience. The staff at Skargardens are very knowledgeable about the area and provided excellent insights on what routes to take within the archipelago, which parts to avoid e.g. due to boat traffic. Theresa and Maeli were excellent, attentive and very helpful. Overall, highly recommend visiting if you're looking for a nature adventure near the outskirts of Stockholm. Kudos to the team for keeping such an immaculate and well-stocked place!

Such a fun experience!! Our guides were experts and took all necessary safety mesaures, views were wonderful, the kayaks were pretty easy to navigate and the entire trip was an awesome adenture! Be prepared you'll probably won't take photos yourself since you'll be gloved up for mose of the trip - But our guides have taken lots of pics to capture the essence for us. Overall really recommended!

Had a wonderful time kayaking the archipelagos. The place is easy to get to from Stolkholm with a fairly frequent bus. Lots of great views and fall colours when you go in October. Got to see a family of deer and a view of the Vaxholm fortress. Jumping in the cold water and going to the sauna after kayaking was a lively experience that I strongly advocate everyone visiting to do. Theresa was a patient and affable tour guide with alot of experience. She has a ton of expertise to share not only regarding kayking but the region and it's history as well - I learned a lot! Overall, highly recommended if you're looking for an exciting nature adventure in the accessible outskirts of Stolkholm.

Great trip and Max was a great guide! Two- person ocean kayak can be hard to operate the rudder pedals if you have large sneakers on. Should recommend flat shoes or sandals for the person who steers the kayak.
