Start a guided walk from the meeting place. Walk about 2 km with the guidance of a specialized local guide. On the way, walk slowly through waterfalls, streams, springs, trout farms, and wasabi fields. After returning to the inhabitant's hall, you will have a simple country cooking experience and have it tasted. You will be asked to cook rice, vegetables, wasabi, and trout depending on the season.
