Right on time for a 3AM pickup. Rimo Tours reconfirmed several times and sent us a text when the driver was at our hotel. Price was over 50% less than others and very clean and nice

Their airport transfers are not good at all from the hotel to the airport. Driver does not speak English, careless, didn't arrive on time to pick up (had to call several times for pickup). Be careful with your time and money.

Our flight from Morocco to Cairo was delayed, and I was concerned that my husband and I wouldn't have a ride to Giza. Fortunately, our driver kept in touch and patiently waited for us. After a two-hour delay, when we finally left the airport, I spotted our driver holding a sign with my name. I was thrilled! She took us to our hotel without any further delays. 2 out of 4 times I used them the service was terrible, the driver was late two times and last time they brought a smaller car than what I booked and paid for through booking.com and they kept debating and arguing they were right, while I had to be standing in the cold with family and 2 kids freezing, had to go find another provider in the spot and issue a complaint with booking.com, who investigated the matter but Rimo tour lied and told then they brought the correct car, they even shared with them a picture of it!!! while that wasn’t what they brought for me. Booking ended up paying them and refunding me because I made a big deal out of it. so no way I’m using this terrible company again
