I ordered a meet and greet service from Barcelona airport to our hotel in central Barcelona. The taxi driver was not in arrivals. There were only a couple of tour guides waiting, both tried to help us locate our driver. I did not have a phone number. Eventually we took a local taxi. The original driver sent a text message 58 minutes after I had booked him. On return, I wrote to complain to MyTransfers and ask for my money back. Even though I could send screen shots of my phone to demonstrate that the driver did not contact me until 58 minutes after I had booked, MyTransfers insisted he was there and I was a "no show". I sent several emails but MyTransfers would not budge. Eventually I prepared a complaint for the Ajuntament de Barcelona. I was obliged to notify MyTransfers that I had lodged a complaint. Within 2 hours I received an email saying they had reviewed my complaint and were refunding the money! Incidentally MyTransfers charged €43 whereas the local taxi charged €28. There were taxis waiting at the rank which was just outside the arrival lounge. So a meet and greet service was completely unnecessary. I would NEVER trust MyTransfers again.

Awful stood waiting no driver after ringing up and following a guy around an hour later the transfer arrived long after every other holiday maker had long since departed They said when I rang up I was with the driver Booked through TUI utter shambles

I had booked transfer from airport to hotel and the driver never turned up and the company is giving damn crazy excuses guys pls pls stay away …. They are running a scam where they will take your money but will not provide you the service

Terrible. This is the worst transport company we have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Passport control had lines forever, so we were delayed, not our fault. I communicated with the greeter, but when we emerged he told us our transport had waited then gone, and we had to buy a whole new one. We refused, so they said we could pay for our luggage. We refused and got a taxi When we tried to get a refund, the greeter supplied falsified photos. To arrive in an unknown city to be swindled like this is unacceptable, and now they refuse to refund us. Avoid this company at all costs. They are the worst!

Stay far away from this company! No contact number while experiencing flt delays. Must submit a request. Their non existent policy is no refunds or modification within 24 hours of arrival! I’ve argued for days via their request only contact. Who knows 24 hours in advance your flight is going to be delayed! Unprofessional and Unethical! In addition they couldn’t grasp the concept of a time difference between the u.s and Spain! Nor was their original connecting flight in Frankfurt cancelled but due to the delay of the transatlantic portion their connecting flight had to be rescheduled! Unprofessional and unethical?

We pre-booked this company through Ryan Air, going from Barcelona airport to our airbnb and returning the next day. Our flight to Barcelona was delayed for 20 mins, when we landed the person was texting me on whatsapp where we were. I explained our flight was delayed, I continued to get messages regarding where we were while waiting for bags (I thought they were supposed to be tracking our flight arrives as per their website). We followed the pickup location instructions and we were waiting there. Turns out the driver wasn’t getting out of his car to meet us. We had to walk out about 5 mins away and meet him on the street. The car was not what was advertised on their booking page. It only got worse, our driver drove so dangerously. It was very unsafe, almost hit a van, honking at everyone. We did not feel safe with our little kids in the car. Finally he stopped to drop us off, turned out to be a 15 minute walk to our place but there was an area to pull up right in-front of the apartment. I gave 2 stars, instead of 1 star only because our return driver was much better. He picked us up right in-front of the apartment, drove safely, was talkative, and dropped us off at the right place. Plus a taxi both ways would have been much cheaper and more convenient.

This is my first ever critical review, but I have to warn people of this business. We (family of four with kids) had pre-booked and paid for a transfer from Barcelona to Calella. However, our flight was cancelled and re-booked, landing at the exact same time as planned. Tried to make and modification in the booking with the new flight number but they have a 24 hour no change policy. Got a text message when landing with instructions of meeting the driver. At the location a sign with my name was shown. The representative Muhammad phoned the driver who said he cancelled the transfer due to cancelled flight. Muhammad could not arrange a new transfer and told us to contact the compony for a refund. When mailing them the said I was cancelled due to a no-show and that the driver waited for us over an hour. When they got pictures of my conversation with Muhammed at the airport with time markers, they still agued no refund due to no-show. After additional pictures on the sign with my name and the café in the back they switched to a termination due to cancelled flight and not providing any new information. Thereby robbing us of over 100 euros. In conclusion, even if you are there on time you might be out of service. They lie on why and leaves you without refund or compensation. STAY AWAY!!

On arrival, the driver wasn´t waiting for us. When i called him he didn´t answer. Called the costumer service, and after 10 minutes they told me he was already there, what was a lie. In total we had to wait 30 minutes. On return it was even worse, we waited 30 minutes for them and then had to take a uber because had a plane to take. Also, uber was way cheaper. I will never use them again

Don’t use Mytransfers.com We paid them months in advance for a transfer from the Barcelona airport. If you have a flight delay, you are not allowed to change your reservation within 24 hours. Calling them is useless, as you will get a recording. They didn’t respond to my emails. The only response I got is that I was a no show. They said they tried to contact me, but they did not. Terrible company.

Our driver was prompt and we had no problems getting to our hotel in the city. I’m only rating it 2 stars because customer service told me to upgrade to a more expensive car so I could have two child seats (and not booster seats) for my young kids. But at pick up they still gave me a booster seat. I emailed twice to ask them to refund me the difference between the bigger car and the sedan I had originally wanted. No resolve whatsoever. I do not recommend.

Terrifying experience. Please avoid! We booked a round trip with mytransfers in Barcelona for a group of 8 with an second pick up stop a few blocks away from the initial collection point. When we arrived to the destination (a very isolated place) the driver asked me to talk to me separately from the rest of the group and asked me extra money in cash for the half way stop that I had to pay on top of the full amount of the return trip we had already paid. I did not have the money in cash he was claiming and we agreed to pay in our return trip as it was the same driver. The pick up time for the return trip was at 4.00am. After dinner time I received a very aggressive call from Mr. Lopez (he identified himself as the general manager of Mytransfers). He accused me to refuse paying the extra amount (not true) and pretending not knowing that I had to pay this extra amount (also not true). The call was threatening, and he told us that either we paid a bank transfer immediately or the return trip would be cancelled. Suddenly the amount was twice as much from what the driver told me. We did not receive any bank account details and around midnight we received an email saying that they had cancelled our return trip (which was already paid and we did not receive a refund). We called the company and they told us that it was not their problem and of course they did not provide us any solution. At 4.00am nobody showed up. We were literally in the middle of nowhere with no way to come back. We had to wait more than 5 hours to find an alternative solution. Finally somebody helped us doing several trips to the nearest train station. They have kept our money, they have threatened us, it was terrifying. I am sure you can find more reliable, and professional alternatives that don’t ruin your holidays or plans.

Alex was a wonderful helpful driver. Will book again . Made us feel safe and secure in his knowledge of area and destination. Was waiting for us to/from our destinations.

My luggage was stolen.Your worst Nightmare As I got through passport control my suitcase had gone. The Airport were not concerned 😟 I lost Everything My iPad was on the Suitcase it was tracked 30 mins from the Airport 21 Days later it is now in Valencia. I returned the day after to see I there was any news on my Suitcase I WALKED STRAIGHT INTO LUGGAGE ARRIVALS NO SECURITY!!!!! I Could of taken any suitcase It wouldn’t happen in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Very sad All my personal Items and Vueling are a joke Please be safe if traveling to Barcelona.

DO NOT USE We arrived at Barcelona came outside to meeting area No one there to greet us Waiting got about 30 minutes then we gave them a call to see what was wrong Girl on phone tried to convince me my flight had arrived at 6:30 am I told her we arrived bang on time at 9:15 am She told me I was wrong. I then explained I was reading it off there email and it clearly says time 9:15 and flight number She then started saying her English was poor though it was perfect up till then I have sent 2 emails and had no response So basically I have been ripped off
