We planned a tour to Bulgaria after an Avalon Danube River Cruise meant to be from June 7 Budapest to June 17 Bucharest 2024. We found VisitBulariaon on TripAdvisor and contact them for a personalized tour. A gentleman named Hristo managed this reservation. The services were good and responsive. They asked for a 65% percent of the total cost of the tour as an advanced payment, which we did. Two weeks before the beginning of the cruise, it was cancelled by Avalon because safety reasons due to water levels too high for a safe sailing. We had to cancel the whole trip. When we asked Hristo about the cancellation fee he said that the full prepayment was the amount. He mentioned it was on the web page. We could not find it. My only advise for potential customers is that you consider any advanced payment as non refundable. No matter what they say. They will not refund anything.

Great & efficient service, do not buy through the likes Tui as I had so many issues where they were saying I hadn’t paid for a service yet had (problems still going on with Tui) After speaking direct with the team, everything got sorted without delay and I booked / paid for my private transfer at a great price and a friendly helpful driver was waiting for me when I got into the airport. I would use their services again without a second thought. I had a late night flight, so I did not want to be waiting ages to be dropped off via coach, so this paid for itself in my opinion.

Perfect transfer from the airport was there on arrival and the most politest most lovely man speaking English, couldn’t do any more to help. We then also treated ourselves for a return with the same man. So worth it

I booked this trabsfer directly for my friends arriving in Burgas. The driver was very pinctual waiting for them at the airport with a sign. Despite the plane running late he was there. The vehicle was comfy and had wifi. Excellent service, very safe too.
