We visited the palace for ~1 hour around noon. The place was quite busy. The palace is impressive and the woodwork is beautiful. The view from the balcony is wonderful.

A lovely Wooden castle, home of the erstwhile ruler. Tourism corporation has renovated this into a hotel and restaurant. One need to pay an entry fee of INR 30/-. The view from the castle is very good. restaurant serves great food.

The Castle itself is beautiful....And the view from the main courtyard is absolutely mesmerizing! Had lunch at their restaurant twice - The food tasted as is typical of any HPTDC hotel. Nothing extraordinary! The staff is courteous and very accomodating.

Well we originally booked two nights here before returning to Delhi, but decided to stay a few more nights. I can not find anything to be negative about here. The staff have been the best we have dealt with during our travels of northern India....More

Small castle made of wood... Awesome view... Great place for family photos... The hotel seems to be a bit noisy with walk in guests during the day ...

The restaurant has a spectacular view and the castle demonstrates fine architectural feature of an olden style which is earthquake resistant.

Sorry Pankaj travelled by own vehicle. Whatever I know of Himsuta Volvo, it stops at good place for meals.
