This is a nice port to sail from. We did Diamond Princess. Not sure who else sails from this terminal, but Diamond Princess seems to be the main one. TheY offer internet, which is a plus.

Without a doubt the nicest cruise terminal ever that has grass on top. The whole deck is teak and undulates in an amazing way. Boarding and disembarkation was seamless. Love this cruise terminal.

There is a part of me that looks at this and finds it an exciting and alternative bit of architecture that I really like. There is another part that remembers the long slopes and the difficulty in keeping control of luggage trolleys on them. I...More

The 360° view from Osanbashi's rooftop deck is very nice at any time of the day. The wooden deck has an interesting design.

This park offers wonderful night time views of the Yokohama Bay and close up of the beautiful cruise ships that stayed overnight. The surrounding areas and skylines are quite striking. There is a free shuttle from the pier to Sakuragicho JR station when cruise ships...More

This cruise port is designed to blend with the environment so that you don't really see it until you are close to it. Almost exotic looking. Unfortunately, the inside is not as attractive and it is barn-like in atmosphere. We waited for a few hours...More

We have sailed from here many times. Boarding has been very efficient every time. Hotel to terminal is a short cab ride. Staff take thed baggage straight from you.

The Terminal is only about ten minutes by taxi from the closest train station, the JR Sakuragicho Station, and people can walk right up to the Terminal building. The City Government runs a free one-way shuttle bus service from the Terminal to Sakuragicho Station to...More

I have never been to such a pretty port terminal before! There were shops inside and the check in and embarkation process was organized and went smoothly.

Call Celebrity directly as most of the employees at the pier are contract workers.

You are usually let off around 8 to 8:30 am. The trip to Narita Airport takes over 2 hours. I would not book an outgoing flight until the afternoon. Haneda is much closer but can still be over an hours drive in traffic.
