    City view from above
This is a great way to see the city first day and get your bearings. Easy access in the city near the Waterfront. Plenty of shops nearby and Deville's coffee shop across the road on Seymour Street has great hot chocolate and gluten free cakes.
Hello Shan, Being located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver definitely has its privileges such as easy access and good coffee shops, we are glad to hear you enjoyed all while visiting our attraction! Thank you for the five star review and for stopping by.

    Great BirdEye View
This Observatory provides a great view of the city and surroundings. It includes a narrative of many interesting sites as you go around. Recommend. Also, visit the Steam Clock, which sings a tune every 20 minutes or so. It’s within a 5-10 minutes walk.

Great Way to See The City!
In our opinion, if a city has a tower, take advantage! Going up is a great way to see the city and surrounding areas. This was lovely because there was a voice tour you could follow on your phone to learn more. We took advantage of a beautiful day in early August to see around us. We got there around 4:30pm on a Friday and walked right on the elevator after buying a ticket from the counter. The elevator is quick and smooth. The views were stunning. We walked from our hotel, so I can't comment on parking.

Provides Excellent Views of Vancouver When Skies Permit
This is a nice place to be if you really want to see the city from +/- 500 feet in the air. The day we went did not have low clouds/marine layer and we enjoyed beautiful 360 degree views. Inside the observation area is well documented with areas and buildings to spot, free use of high powered (stationary) binoculars, warm (it’s hilly in November!) and clean. This was a fun 45 minute ’break’ and gave us a chance to see Vancouver in a fairly unique way.

    Beautiful Views & Affordable
You get a beautiful view of Vancouver for much less than you pay for at the Space Needle in Seattle. Perfect timing, we went just before sunset and the lighting was beautiful and got great pictures before and at sunset. We spotted Gastown from up there and that's where we went afterwards. It's a beautifully lit area to take a stroll, grab coffee or dinner, and shop.

One of the most enjoyable worldwide short time experiences I’ve had. Tcircular enclosed lookout floor has superb 360 deg views over Vancouver and the surrounding area, plus informative display boards.
The lookout time is up to an hour, or as short/long as you wish.
Well worth then having a meal in the revolving restaurant above the lookout. It is a quality offer (not fast food). The menu is broad and an adequate drinks list. A perfect place to eat and watch the life of Vancouver progress beneath you.
Very well worth the time and cost. Full marks!

One of the best tourist venues I have experienced worldwide. Superb 360 degree lookout floor; plus a quality revolving restaurant offering great service and food.
Worth spending a few hours in both to enjoy watching life in Vancouver from on high - great value!

This was a great way to view the city! There was a glass fronted elevator going up the 168m to the observation deck. The deck provided 360 degree views as you walked around. Best on a clear day.

A great view of the city! Good information given but unable to match up information with view - made it confusing to know what to look at.

I went with my family on a one day trip to Vancouver and one of the places I wanted to take them was to the tower with a view cause I knew there was a restaurant there

Once we got there I specifically asked the person at the entrance if I could go to the restaurant on top and he said I had to take the tour before that and only after taking the tour I could ask the hostess to let me up with her card

So, obviously since we were there we took the tour (I mean, we were there) and after 4 minutes of walking we decided it was enough and wanted to go eat cause we were hungry

To my surprise our server told us that there's no obligation to take the tour to go the restaurant, you can just tell the person at the entrance and you can skip the tour

Once we were ground level again, I told the guy that it didn't seemed fair to me cause I specifically asked him about it and he said it had to be like that

So I said, cool just don't do it again and then he offered a refund but had to take it with his supervisor

A young lady came and after listening to my beef she started laughing claiming that I already had taken the tour and it wasn't fair for the rest of their guests that I had taken it

So after I asked her why she was laughing and what was it that was funny, she changed her attitude and then told me only one refund could be given

I said to her that I didn't asked for the refunds, YOU EMPLOYEE DID

She refused so we left extremely disappointed cause I had the idea that those things didn't happened in Canada, only in third world countries where people just doesn't seem to care anymore about ethic and values

So that's that, my bitter experience at this place, it certainly was something that put a dent in our vacation

Advice to anyone who wants to go there: YOU CAN SKIP THR TOUR, ITS FREE OF CHARGE!!!

Hello Mr. Gallo, We appreciate you took the time to share your recent experience with us and we want to assure you we take our guests’ feedback very seriously to improve our business operations and guest experience. We have fully investigated the incident that happened on September 7th, 2023 and it has come to our attention, through our security footage, that our team at the reception/self-serve ticket area communicated with you several times what the difference is between the Vancouver Lookout (observation deck) and Top of Vancouver (restaurant). After our staff member explained this to you, you and your family still purchased tickets to visit the deck, and once you arrived at the top, our team welcomed you and explained the information regarding our complimentary Wi-Fi and 15-minute audio tour available in 6 different languages. The next time we see an interaction between you and our team is around 6 pm at the mall level after your visit to the restaurant, as you proceeded to express your disappointment and misunderstanding about the Vancouver Lookout and Top of Vancouver in the form of yelling and pointing fingers at our team member. As our Guest Experience Supervisor stepped in to resolve this situation, she was also trying to alleviate the tension by clarifying only she could approve refunds and not our representatives, even though our team member did not promise any refunds but only the assistance of a supervisor. One of our priorities is to ensure both our guests’ and employees’ safety, and even though our team was professional and courteous at all times, you continued to yell at our staff while also being disruptive to other guests at our self-serve area by yelling the Lookout is scamming them to buy tickets. Nonetheless, our team has already issued you a refund. Thank you for leaving some advice for our upcoming visitors. However, the information you are providing is incorrect. As we explained to you before, the Vancouver Lookout (viewing deck) and the Top of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant are two separate businesses. Going to the Restaurant does not provide guests with a free entrance to the Viewing Deck, the same way that going to the Viewing Deck does not provide any discounts at the Restaurant. We hope this clarifies any misunderstandings.

This is a nice tower to get the lay of the city and see it from a different vantage point. 360’views as you walk around with descriptions of buildings and waterways.

The escalator to the Lookout was pretty cool, with a good vantage of Downtown neighborhood. Once on top, we had a good view of the city on one side, distant mountains on another and Canada Place and the harbor with all its activities on the other side.
