Fascinating view of life as once lived both above and below stairs. The history of the building is interesting enough but the stories of its' quirky industrialist owner even more so. An OCD suffering martinet who even so looked after his staff.

Nice house with some different styles with unfussy, well laid out garden. Some parts of the house have been added on over the years which means there are some access issues for people with mobility issues.
