Very nice interior, look for the relic of Saint Mary Magdalene foot. Does not seem to be visited by very many tourists. Free / for donation auto tour is available in multiple languages.

Recommend a visit to this church, it is not a 'regular' tourist attraction in Rome and I discovered it by accident. I am so glad I did it is amazing inside!

This is a favourite, not on the tourist trail and not so ornate but has some lovely art and huge stone sculptures. It's really peaceful and it's worth going to see Mary Magdalene's foot!

This church was beautiful! If you are trying to decide which of the many churches to peek your head into, do not miss this one. The artwork is lovely ... the Baptism of Christ by Mochi is very moving.

This is an impressive Baroque church situated at the top of the Via Giulia near the Ponte Principe. Not on the usual tourist itinerary this church is pleasantly peaceful. Inside there is an impressive Sanctuary by Borromini (who is also buried here) and a fine...More

Located at the top end of the Via Giulia, you will find this church. It is such a shame when a church is overlooked. This church is dedicated to Florence's patron saint, John the Baptist. Pope Leo X (Medici) built the church for his countrymen...More
