Bern really knows how to present itself with class and this main plaza with is no exception. The children really enjoyed the dancing water fountains in mid-July and the ancient architecture is excellent.

This plaza is the federal building plaza and should be reviewed as part of the building, there is nothing special about the plaza other than it being part of the building. This will help eliminate confusingly confuse travellers like me. C U Around

The most famous square in Switzerland, in front of the parliament, hosts many events, including the grocery market several mornings per week. If empty, one enjoys the wonderful natural stone floor.
