Tour is self guided. Get a drink at the end which was good but bar was pretty crowded and could not sit to enjoy it.

Yes there is a lovely gift shop. I thought the prices were fair to expensive depending on the gift. I did make a couple of purchases for friends birthday presents which I felt were special.
