If you want to see why you pay taxes and some don't the port is a nice place to go. The boats on average 350.000,-$ for every foot almost tell the story themselves. The Monaco republic has a great tax policy for the rich .....More

You can take a taxi directly to Nice which is about 30 minutes away. It might be pricey though. Alternatively, you can take a taxi to the train station and take the train to Nice. No Uber’s are in Monaco.
