No they will never be full but the tours are timed so it is worth finding out when the English tour is. We missed it but our French was good enough to understand most of what was said on the French tour

If you schedule your experience for 11:30am and the Jeunesse experience for 12pm. Hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions. Merci
