    a must to see
Very nice museum( bigger than expected). A lot of history from old history to new history. I payed 350 dinar and was certainly worth the money. Also outside nice objects to watch.

    Grand Display of Weapons
This is a vast open air exhibition just on the outer walls of the fortress with displays of military equipment, mainly tanks, artillery and missiles. Inside the fortress, there are displays of pre-WWI weapons. Worth taking a look if you’re visiting the fortress anyway and it’s free.

    A must for history lovers
Must visit for history lovers, it shows Serbia military history from the middle ages until the current time, including some debating period of the 20th century. Some weapons are shown outdoor including different cannons types, few tanks from the WWII and an anti air missile system from the 70’s. Interestingly, you can practice the archery outdoor which is nice activity.

    An excellent museum
I had visited this museum on every trip to Belgrade and it still is an extremely interesting coupe of hours not only on the indoor exhibits but the huge range of hardware in the castle moat and embankments. I was disappointed that the 'Sava' was not mentioned (it is under repair and unable to board at the present time) as it is so significant in that it fired the first shop ever in world war one. The book shop is quite limited particularly in English.

We have enjoyed visiting the Military Museum - very impressive exposition of tanks and another military. Not too busy, great opportunities for photos, and it's free to visit.

Thought this was excellent, it went through the history of Serbia from the very start until the modern day, with examples of weapons and lots of other things. Nearby outside are lots of old tanks and other vehicles.

I was impressed when I learned that Belgrade is one of the most warlike cities historically in all of Europe. The museum is small, but nicely done. It is located in the Belgrade fortress.

There was two parts to this museum, one was the free exhibits through the fortress and the other part was the small building which housed some other military equipkment and information. It was inexpensive to go into but was good. the only bad thing was there was no signage in English to tell what the exhibits were about.
The free items / tanks and military equipment were good to see.

Vast war exhibition with many tanks and war vehicles around (mostly from the 1st world war), located in the area of the Belgrade fortress and park.
To view most of the large ones no ticket required and you can combine it with the visit at the fortress - a small fee applies for the interior part of the museum.
