You shouldn´t miss this point. Because is even more important than the other 2 Pyramids, here is where the priest used to leave! and there is a replica at the archaeological museum where you can see the real colors of the past.

This temple is dedicated to the deities Tlaloc and Quetzalcoatl, and one whole wall has sculpted heads representing those. I think this is the temple with more detail that you can see here. All the way in the opposite side from the moon pyramid.

If you visit Teotihuacan you might not realize that there is the serpent pyramid at the far end of the site. Most people enter the site in front of the pyramid of the sun, then make their way to the moon pyramid on the left-hand...More

As I said before, best part of my Mexico City trip. Bring a raincoat during the rainy season, walking shoes and also beware of the people begging and selling goods. Do not start talking to them unless you are sure you want to buy something.

Beautiful and interesting part of the Teotihuacan site, although the Mexican guides appeared to tell stories about this site that seem to be highly hypothetical, my English guidebook made clear that hardly anything was known about the meaning of the frescos and sculptures

It is a beautiful historical place that is worth call on. And depending on the time of year, there are activities such as climbing in a hot air balloon or nocturnal projections in the pyramids. come to the pyramids is a bit tired

The only pyramid at Teotihuacan with such elaborate architectural design. This is usually the first thing you come across at the site- make the time to see it!

Smaller than either the Sun or Moon Pyramids. There are 4 steps remaining to the original seven on the facade with beautiful carvings showing the feathered serpent god as well as the two-fanged fire serpent god.

The Temple of the Feathered Serpent is only one of the many structures here, and the smallest of the three major pyramids, the others being the Temple of the Moon and The Temple of the Sun. Climbing this one is also the least stressful, and...More

There is so much energy there. We spent 4 days roaming through this Sacred area. We claimed to the top of the Temple of the Sun and as far up as they would allow on the Temple of the moon. We also got a rare...More

Yes there are 4 gates to which you can enter. Tickets are fairly inexpensive, the site is quite large so even with the bus crowds it's not that bad. We went around noon and it wasn't that bad.

Sorry Pauline... I have no idea. You might try googling Teotihuacan lighting schedule and see what that can give you. We were there during the day... Good luck!
