There was a snow storm coming so we made a quick stop. Comfortably ran the entire scenic drive in an hour including a little hiking.
Nice for this type of visit can’t see spending a day there unless you do some hiking

A long drive from Rapid City, but worth the travel. The Canyons are impressive and the road through the national park are well maintained. An informative visitors center depicts the history of the Badlands. Worth the Drive.
