About
This beautiful and accessible beach is known for its powder-like shores, warm Caribbean waters, and the off-coast barrier reef that protects the beach from wild Atlantic swells. You won't find much seaweed, rocks, or pollution here—this untouched beach is part of the protected area of Princess Alexandra National Park. Here, you can sunbathe on the soft white sand, walk along the seemingly endless stretch of beach, and try water activities like diving, snorkeling, sailing, and fishing excursions. Grace Bay Beach is the departure point for catamaran sails, snorkeling tours, day and sunset cruises, and more. – Tripadvisor

Most stretches are fantastic but I have seen even better
Definitely in one of my top beaches but all things considered, I liked Aruba's Eagle Beach better. Grace Bay has nice stretches, the water is crystal clear, but there are a lot of spots that have too much seaweed or shells/rocks. It's also getting a little too popular and isn't as 'untouched' as I've seen other beaches. They should ban motor watercraft if they knew what was good for them - nothing worse seeing a beautiful beach ruined due to boat fuel. Should also ban anyone from selling tourists things on the beach. The waters were mostly calm but I did have a few days where it was too rough, which isn't very common as I understand.

    Heaven on earth
Grace Bay is absolutely beautiful! So many shades of blue! The weather was perfect. Slightly warm but very comfortable due to the breeze coming off of the sea. We were surprised to have such a beautiful coral reef right by our villa. We saw 2 conch, a stingray and countless colorful fish of various sizes. It was truly a tropical paradise.

    Amazing!
We took a 3 year and 10 month break from visiting Turks and Caicos/Grace Bay due to Covid and Covid restrictions (not by choice). We finally made it back and it is better than ever! While we have visited many other Caribbean beaches, Grace Bay is still the best! We cannot wait to come back!

    Best beach we've been on
The hype is worth it. This is the best beach we've had the opportunity to visit. Not only long with beautiful clear water, but also very wide. You don't feel like you are on top of anyone when you take a walk.

    Beautiful beach
Beautiful beach and the water is a gorgeous color. The snorkeling right off the beach is great. The toes felt happy in the soft sand. We had a beach bar at our hotel so it was nice for watching the sun sets.

Grace Bay .....all the good stuff
Im still thinking about this place and it's almost 9 months later . If that is a indication to come here . Stunning views magical island . Best sunsets hands down. I cant wait to return . It's worth the money to come to turks and caicos. If you are trying to decide between a hotel or Air BnB . It's a few con's to a BnB . If I go back I would stay in a hotel / Resort in the heart of Grace Bay , why because I love snorkeling and it's so much to see , and the water is much clearer and better coral reef . easier to walk to places or catch a cab . I rented a car and my nerves was bad by the end of the trip . I dont reccomend it . and I stayed 5 days and the time flew by . I cant wait to return this place is gorgeous . Also I went the end of April and the beach water is a little chilly to get in . If you want warm water go a month later .

    8th trip to paradise
This was our 8th trip to Turks, and Grace Bay never disappoints. The water is the clearest I have ever seen. We travel every July and the water is smooth like glass. We compare every beach to Grace Bay, and nothing compares.

    Picturesque
This is a gorgeous beach with sand the consistency of flour. It was never crowded and lots of room to walk several miles back and forth. The water is a magnificent blue and can be fairly calm when the wind is in the right direction. We enjoyed waking up every morning to this beautiful beach and seeing a fabulous sunset each evening

    Heaven on Earth
I had never heard of Turks and Caicos before vacationing there. Upon arrival, the warm air hits you like nothing you have felt. Unreal how beautiful this island is and the people couldn't be friendlier. The all inclusive was the way to go also. Saves so much time. If you have a week or two you have to see this what I call " Heaven on Earth".

    Beautiful Pristine Beach
This truly is one of the best beaches in the world! We stayed in an Airbnb near Grace Bay Club and Club Med. The beach in this area was incredible and it went on for miles. We did visit Coral Gardens near Windsong, which has a reef and is nice for snorkeling, but I’m so glad we stayed in this section of the beach near town.

Thank you for a top notch trip. The service was exceptional. Our concierge was Austin/Patrick who aimed to please. We would also like to give a shout out to Ugeye from the beach. Freddy and Gregory from
The bar and Amie and Beatrice from the grill. They all did a fabulous job. Thank you for a great trip!

Beautiful water colors like milky blue, different than in Maldives. One of the most beautiful beaches we ever saw! This beach has waves and sometimes strong ones, and we and our 6 years old loved it! When the wind is very strong just rent a car and switch to Sapodilla Beach, there was always calm and no waves but the beach looks different than Grace Bay, different colors!

The beach is absolutely stunning! With its soft, powdery sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters, it's like stepping into a postcard. The gentle sound of waves crashing against the shore creates a soothing ambiance, perfect for relaxation. The panoramic views stretch for miles, offering a sense of serenity and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether you're lounging under a palm tree or taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, every moment spent on this beautiful beach feels like a dream come true. It's a paradise worth visiting time and time again

We chose to stay in the Turtle Cove area to avoid the large throngs of people that converge on the Grace Bay hotels and, subsequently, the gorgeous 3 mile expanse of Grace Bay Beach. We are happy to share that the west end of Grace Bay Beach (Bight Beach that is close to Turtle Cove) with its white sand beaches and turquoise waters was peaceful, quiet, and was virtually secluded. We spent hours enjoying the sun, sand, sounds, smells, and sight of the bay. We treasure our memories of beautiful Grace Bay Beach!

Grace Bay Beach has been on the 'best of' lists for years. Definitely add this destination to your bucket list, you won't be disappointed. We went with two other couples and stayed for 3 weeks. Arrived March 11th, departed this amazing island on April 1st. If you can, I would suggest not dealing with the airport on the weekends.

It's sad to see all the new apartments and hotels on Grace Bay. Fortunately you can still walk the beach but every development has its chairs lined up on the beach making it feel more like Florida than a remote beach. I'd avoid it if you're looking for more privacy as there are other beaches for that!

My husband and I normally go to Aruba but we booked Turks and Caicos for something different. I almost died at Grace Bay beach from the sun and heat exhaustion. When we went it was extremely hot and we were the only people on the beach except for someone who might have worked for a hotel in the area. Anyway, I didn't drink enough fluids and when I went to go in the water I literally passed out and luckily my husband was there to catch me and he dragged me out of the water. The only other person there totally ignored my husband who was yelling for help. My husband managed to get me to the beach area and gave me two bottles of water to get me hydrated. It was the worse day of my life. If I never go back to Turks and Caicos, I will be ok with it.
