The Great place to walk your dogs or just exercise by yourself or with family. Discovery Centre has lots of great information about the local area and wildlife as well as a cafe, play area, toilets and car park too.

We have been here on a number of occasions. We love wandering around the lake, seeing the wildlife and then having an ice cream or drink at the end. Probably around a 45 minute trip but if you have children the centre is really good...More

Lovely place to walk the dog round the edge of the ponds whilst watching the wildfowl on the ponds. Good that there is a cafe there and a couple of play areas for children too.

We stopped en route to visit friends to have a walk and stretch our legs. Lovely area to wander round and plenty of seats etc. Cafe but we didn’t use other than to pop around shop and into loos.

We saw people taking dogs for walks round the lake and a longer walk. They should be kept from chasing ducks though. Some have ducklings.
