I enjoyed my stay at this resort. By far the best I have experienced yet. The staff was exceptional. Our server Juan P was very helpful and professional. We were treated with much care and respect. The pools were very clean and relaxing. Will return again!

I really regret having to include such a derogatory title however I felt it was necessary by the simply fact that this resort is very secluded, as such unless otherwise advised you will be stuck with a scenario you may not fully appreciate. We stayed here in December 2016, my friend and I - Girls trip part 2, the first... More

Great beachfront hotel with great beach for family or friends to enjoy. it is close to a lot of excellent sightseeing places like El Yunque Rain Forest, or the Bioluminiscent Bay. Personnel is very friendly and accommodating.

Loved our stay at the Wyndham Grand! Not usually a big fan of resorts, but this was an exception. Room was spacious and clean with great views of the ocean. On site restaurants were good, a little pricey, but not bad for a resort.

From breathtaking views, to white sand beaches and natures calming winds. Sun bathing Iguanas by the pool. This place was a vision! I loved the ambiance and friendliness of the resort staff. The activities for my family was all just yards away. Ski boarding, jet skis, paddle boards, boat rides, tours, restaurants on top of the mountain, the music and... More

This resort is in a great location being so close to the rain forest. I read most of the reviews prior to our trip and was apprehensive about some of the comments regarding poor service, moldy smells and the staff not being conversant in English. Fortunately not of that was true - it is a very nice facility with beautiful... More

We stayed there with our kids (ages 7 and 12) and another family with teen agers. I am generally not a fan of big resorts but this was perfect for us. Great activities for the kids: multiple pools, soccer field, beautiful and very swimable beach, and other activities like bingo and obstacle course races. The resort is not fancy, but... More

This is a beautiful location and hotel but be prepared to spend top dollar for food and drinks. The staff is not friendly to English speaking guests and are in no hurry to serve you. The drinks are at the minimum 10.50$ then add high taxes and tip! In addition, you do not get any liquor in your drink. The... More

The property is huge and in great location close to many attractions. The hotel has 3 pools and direct access to the beach although the water is on the colder side and windy. Two main problems with the hotel is that they don't turn on lights in the pool area when it gets dark although the pool area is open... More

I had a couple of days off from work so we decided to take a mini vacation. We checked a couple of hotels in the area and decided to stay at the Wyndham Rio Mar at Rio Grande Puerto Rico. What a great choice we made. The room was big enough for our family of 4 adults. It had 2... More
