Totally worth a visit and is the inspirational and totally peaceful church from the 15th century. Situated very close the main square and St Mark's Cathedral.

With its two bells, it is just inside the land gate (Kopnena Vrata). The church got it's Baroque appearance during its 1615 restoration. The insides are interesting simple in nature. The plaque on the wall proclaims “Our Lady of Consolation-Gaza Brotherhood” has since 1603 had...More

The views here were phenomenal. Visit on a clear day and get the later ferry back to experience the beautiful sunset. We rode by motorbike however the walk would have been fab, however steep. A must see!

St Michaels is a small but interesting church,dated back to the 15th century.Not as spectacular as many other churches,but worth a visit when on Korcula Island.

St. Michaels Church was first documented in the 15th century, it is small but very interesting, visited a while back. The high alter dates back to the 18th century, it represents the Virgin of Consolation painted by Domenico Maggiotto. The church faces the Town Hall....More
