Overview
More
Clocha na hEireann is a collaborative 1916 commemoration work between stone masons from every corner of Ireland. They each used stone native to their county to produce a magnificent carving that represented some aspect of their cultural identity. Carvings included everything from county emblems to representations of local mythology, geographical features, architecture and history.

Directly opposite the folk village. A most unusual map of Ireland with stone from each of the 32 counties together with motifs appropriate to the county in question. Look for the two-tailed cat from Tipperary.

There really isn't much to see apart from the map of Ireland constructed with input from a stone mason from each of the counties. The map and quality of the work is impressive and worth looking out for if in the area.
